My Hyundai Santa Fe had an issue which should have been covered under Hyundai warranty but, well that's a long drawn out story. Bob's Garage did an outstanding job of diagnosing and repairing this issue better than the dealership would have and at a cost less than the dealer wanted to just "look" at it. pitiful..paid the man to put a transfer case in my truck that he couldnt supply for nearly 5 weeks...the made excuses why my 4wd didnt work.wasnt willing to make it right..had to take the truck to another mechanic and spend more money and time to fix it..transfer case i supplied was good..everything in the front end was good but Bob couldnt or wouldnt fix it to where the 4wd eould work..you know..the whole reason for a tranfer case replacement is for the 4wd would work!!!!???? it ended ip being the motor on the new transfer case..if "Bob" would have said the motor was bad i would have paid him to replace it and get me going right..well the end result was i couldnt sell the truck the very next day because it wasnt fixed right...thanks Bob...
