“These guys helped me out in a jam! I was getting ready to leave on vacation but I found a coolant leak on my radiator. I called numerous places with no luck at all finding someone to work on our motorhome especially with a short window. With some changes to our google search my wife found Phillpott and we are so glad we did. “These guys are awesome, ease with ordering my tires and setting an appointment. My car has locking lug nuts and they cared enough to hand remove them rather than destroying them. They called Lexington Mercedes prior to hand removing just to be sure that they couldn't get the lug key first. The advice of the dealership was lack luster. These guys made it work and ZERO damage to my locking lug nuts.
Super nice guys really enjoyed talking to them while I waited. I accidentally kicked the dog because I thought she was a cicada landing on my foot and the owner wasn't even mad at me. But really, I didn't mean to kick her she's so sweet.

“My Hyundai Santa Fe had an issue which should have been covered under Hyundai warranty but, well that's a long drawn out story. “Have had three services done on my car here. They replaced sway bar links, replaced the timing belt and a coolant leak corrected. All three were done exactly correct I know follow up is required. The prices are fair and reasonable. While $60 per hour labor sounds high consider that it covers all overhead including labor, power and plumbing, etc. they do not mark up the parts, but if you can get the correct part online for less they will use those parts and not mark them up so you can save there. The job will be done right and you will not be ripped off.”
