“I destroyed my boat trailer wheel and tire on Labor Day while visiting Lake Cumberland. I called many stores with no luck. Cumberland Tire was very helpful. They were so helpful that they saved me money and time by suggesting I go to a non tire store that had the exact tire and wheel size already to go. Because of this high level of customer service I was able to return home on time. Thanks Cumberland Tire!”

“My brother in law who has alzheimers recently got in his car when home alone to go to a neighborhood store. In his confused state he drove around 5 hours to this garage. The owner and his son recognized my brother in laws confusion and chatted with him and made him feel comfortable. They were able to get his home phone number from him which he surprisingly remembered. They stayed with him while my sisters and other brother in law drove the 5+ hours to pick him up. They even made sure he had something to eat. There aren't enough businesses or people that want to get involved anymore and some might have taken advantage of him.I don't live anywhere near where this happened or I would give this business all of my automotive business. I think him and his son deserve recognition. They are a business to be trusted. And they are angels in the eyes of many of my family and friends.”
