Can I give zero stars. Made an appointment with April. Spent over an hour trying to get my info into the computer. Had to come back over a week later to try and get them still couldn't get them finished. 2 weeks later I get a call saying I can come back they fixed it. I call the next day and get told a new strand of run around from Chris who then went off on me after I said I wouldn't be returning. Finally I went in 1 more time to get them.sent off just to be told no one is there that can help me. So I called another location and thankfully they could not only get me in immediately but resolved any and all issues and within minutes my taxes were done and sent. Funny thing is all the run around I got from April and Chris were just that run around. They had everything they needed to file my taxes so I'm not sure why a 6 week delay was necessary. But I will not be returning to that office.

I received horrible service today. I had an appointment scheduled with April Johnson. I made an appointment to avoid wait time. When I got there the front desk lady told me she would be right with me. She was assisting another customer and because the room was so quiet I couldn’t help but overhear, she kept making unnecessary small talk which prolonged the process. At this point it was 40 minutes past my appointment time and a gentleman walks in. He tells the woman at the front desk that he lost his Emerald card and needed a replacement. She tells him she’ll be right with him. April was finishing up and takes the couple she just helped to the front desk to check out and chatted with them up until they walked out the door. She then without saying a word to me, asks the gentleman who had been waiting only a few minutes, to head back. She took the front desk lady with her and was showing her what to do, using the situation as a training opportunity. I had been sitting and waiting for nearly an hour and they essentially let this man cut in front of me. So I interrupted, explained I was upset, and asked for my documents back. She said “Sorry, I’m a little behind today.” The entire situation was unprofessional and beyond rude. I’ll never return to this location again.
