I when there to get some new tires for my suv and I told the guy I guess he is the owner that I need my old tires back and since they did fit on the back of my suv I was going to come back with a pickup truck , he was ok with it but when I show up the day to pick up the old tires he said that one of the workers send them to their storage facility for mistake and that he was going to send someone to get them back , he told me to call him back so the next day day I call him back and he made excuses that is so hard to get them pack bc they have a lot of tire there that he will need more time , he was going to call me back , he never did , I call back and never answered my calls . The tires were not in bad shape I was going to use them in another vehicle . I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Big thankful shout out to Crittenden Tire & Lube!!! Memorial Day late afternoon, heading North I-75, 4 of 6 lug nut studs break off the front wheel. Very blessed to have been at the Crittenden, Ky exit. Pulled into Crittenden Tire & Lube. The shop was closed, but I called the phone number and Kyle answered. Kyle sprang to action, lined up transportation and a nice hotel for my family to hold up overnight. Parts stores opened back up Tuesday morning. Kyle and the crew changed out all 6 post with new lug nuts. The family was back on the road late morning heading home. I highly recommend you give Crittenden Tire & Lube a call for all your mechanical needs.

We hit a pothole on 75S and blew a tire. It was a Saturday night and we were heading to North Carolina for a meeting on Tuesday morning. Luckily, we got Kyle on the phone and he personally took care of us. Even though it was after hours, he called around and located a tire to install first thing Monday morning so we could meet our timetable. He even helped our with tow recommendations, as well as where to stay in the area.

We took our vehicle there and while it was there someone put a big dent In our door. They refuse to even help us fix it. It's sad that they would rather lose a customer then help.

After going to Tire Discounters to get an alignment they told me they were unable to do it due to me needing to replace the inner tire rod ending on my front passenger side for 399 bucks.. so I went to Crittenden Tire and Lube when I was quoted for 250 bucks only to find out that I didn't need the tire rod ending replaced at all! Thank you Crittenden Tire & Lube for being honest and saving me tons of money! I highly recommend them! And they are very friendly! Sorry for my late rating...

I was from out of town and called soon after I arrived to get my popped tire replaced. They had one in stock, had space for me right away, and within an hour of arriving to Crittenden, they had my new tire on. They never tried to upsell me or take advantage of me being from out of town, but worked very honestly and quickly to get everything sorted. After having driven for 8 hours, it was really nice to have this taken care of so efficiently and with kindness.

The most honest garage you will ever find. They treat you like family. Most garages will convince you that you need more done gor the sake of a sale. They don’t do that here. They want to make sure you’re safe, but aren’t paying for more than you need. I will always come here.
