“This is a great store with very helpful employees! I went to advance auto in Walton the other day thinking that I just needed them to tighten a connection to my battery, little did I know my bolts were stripped and I needed the battery and the bolts replaced. It was barely 12 degrees outside and jimmy and sam helped me get everything pieced together even though it almost took a hour of being out in the freezing weather. “We were on our way to Florence speedway when our vans engine light started to flash and it started to spit and sputter so we came to this advance auto and the lady was so nice! She ran the codes to find out our plugs fowled out and even let us use a deep welled socket to change them out. “We got a flat tire within the first hour of a 14 hour drive to Florida. Walmart auto opened before every other tire store in the area (this all happened at 5 AM) and we got in as soon as they opened the doors. We asked them if they could do anything to get us back on the road with our 2 kids and they were able to quickly replace our flat and get us back on the road within 30-45 minutes. It was a small gesture for them but to us and our kids, it saved our vacation and didn’t cost a ton!
