She ran the codes to find out our plugs fowled out and even let us use a deep welled socket to change them out. “This is a great store with very helpful employees! I went to advance auto in Walton the other day thinking that I just needed them to tighten a connection to my battery, little did I know my bolts were stripped and I needed the battery and the bolts replaced. It was barely 12 degrees outside and jimmy and sam helped me get everything pieced together even though it almost took a hour of being out in the freezing weather. Just an overall good company to do business with. I wish I would have gotten the guy's name but it doesn't matter, all their people are great. “We got a flat tire within the first hour of a 14 hour drive to Florida. Walmart auto opened before every other tire store in the area (this all happened at 5 AM) and we got in as soon as they opened the doors. We asked them if they could do anything to get us back on the road with our 2 kids and they were able to quickly replace our flat and get us back on the road within 30-45 minutes. It was a small gesture for them but to us and our kids, it saved our vacation and didn’t cost a ton!
