“I have a jeep and it’s that time of year and my tires needed air. I couldn’t get the caps off trying to fill up at Thortons and I went next door to Springdale and thought I could just use a pair of pliers To get the caps off, I’ll be in good shape. Well, the young lady at the counter was so incredibly nice and she said well we can go ahead and do that .
I gave her the keys, and then remembered my dog was in the car . No problem.. Gary took my Jeep into the bay. Sammy accompanied him and in no time my tires were up to pressure!

They were short staffed the day I was in, and he was a rock star. He not only took care of the steady stream of customers coming through the door, but also went to the garage to help keep things moving when he could. He ended up putting my new rotors and brake pads on himself so that I could still get my car same day. He also worked with me on the price, matching a competitor's price on my tires and installation. Not to mention I received a free alignment and free oil change with my services. Very pleased, I will be back! :)”

“I've been a customer for 2.5 years, regularly sending 2-3 vehicles throughout the year — mostly for oil changes, although I did get a new drive belt installed once. I've regularly gotten great service and coaching about foreseeable issues, which I've found very helpful.
However, 2025 has introduced some significant cost jumps that I find worrisome as a trend, although the inflation very well could be an industry norm. For example, in comparison to oil changes I got just 3 and 6 months ago, prices have increased as follows: oil service (+$5, +20%); oil service parts (+$3.96, +15.2%); shop supply fee (+2, +67%); environmental fee (+$2, +67%).
As an another reviewer recently noted, I also experienced an unexpected shop closure mid-day on a Thursday. I left a voicemail and we managed to sort everything out within an hour thanks to a call back, however, but it might have been a bigger issue if I were on a tighter schedule.
Overall, the trustworthiness and convenience factors still win my household's business — but due to cost increases I'll have to be cautiously optimistic in 2026, I'm afraid.”

I had several major issues needing attention and that day was my only day to get things done. The team at Kaiser rose to the occasion. I picked my car up at 2 pm. Problems solved. These guys in the back work hard so a generous tip for pizza etc. was left as a way to show appreciation. I highly recommend Kaiser Tire & Auto!”
