About a month ago I called in to make an appointment with Dr. Jones (which he's a very thorough and a great listener) about an issue I was having. They were not able to get me an appointment with him but was able to get me in the next business day with Dr. Renee Girdler.
During the visit she too was very thorough and referred me immediately to get a scan done that day instead of trying the typical antibiotic treatment. I'm sooo glad she did because it was much more serious than an infection. I was able to get this issue diagnosed and get treatment much faster because of her and the staff at this practice.
I'm eternally thankful for the folks at at Norton Crestwood!!

Highly recommend, I wanted a new PCP where the practice would be professional during check in and patient privacy where not everyone in waiting room can hear and same for being called back when in patient room you do not hear the next door patient room conversations about their private medical concerns and the doctors health discussions the patient rooms are very private and Dr.J.Wang isn’t rushing out out of a room with you and doesn’t interrupt she sits down , greets you talks with you on medical concerns , and explains medications , treatments and orders test for you and not making you do it and very next day Norton scheduling called me and got me scheduled the next day for a test , I was amazed by the moment I walked in the door to the end of my appointment and at checkout , scheduling my follow up , all the staff was so professional and what’s really nice they send the medication right over after your appointment and you’re not calling after you leave doctors asking did you not send it over I’m at pharmacy nothing worst when you’re sick waiting in car for your medications to be called in or worst after hours never sent over I feel this office has empathy with that and takes your time is important too , this place does their job and can tell they love their job and truly cares about your privacy and give the highest quality of medical care that every patient deserves !
Doctor Wang is amazing and super happy I found a wonderful Norton affiliated PCP , if you need a Norton PCP then you need stop looking for this place is for you and no regrets ! I give this practice 10 stars if I could !!

Avoid this practice. I have had several issues with the staff here, including provider Kevin Campbell, but today was the last straw. I have legitimate concerns that need to be addressed and I had questions about getting these looked at. I have already been to the immediate care center and the little clinic. It is near impossible to get same or next day appointments here. A nurse called me back today and was EXTREMELY rude for no reason (before I even had a chance to speak). Kept telling me to go to the immediate care center and ignored me when I said they would not do an x-ray. What is the point of a primary care office who does not provide primary care? This office is hostile toward women, and I have had to have my husband call to get anything accomplished. Patient concerns are diminished and mocked, and I have not even had anyone listen to me as a person (other than Dr. Wang). It's impossible to see anyone other than Kevin or Dr. Wang. The good reviews on here must be from people who see other providers at the office.

Dr. Handle Jones is by far the best doctor I have ever had. He is very attentive, and you can just tell he cares. I would 100% recommend! I will never go anywhere else for medical needs.

Don't understand negative reviews. Everyone very friendly, short wait times & very clean. I've been seeing Dr. Girdler for several years; could not be more pleased!!

The Norton Community Health Facility of Crestwood was easy to find with my GPS. The facility is clean and the front desk clerks are polite and efficient although slightly unprofessional. I overheard one of the clerks gossiping about and employee. What appalled me was that the clerks ask you your personal information and you have to literally blurt it out. Anyone sitting within earshot is able to hear you. I will assume that this display is compliant with HIPPA.

The absolute worse doctors office I’ve ever been to takes over 30 minutes to get ahold of anyone ever… every time I go in for an injection I wait over an hour for a nurse while everyone else goes back ..

Went to doctor for knee problems 6 weeks ago.Pain is terrible and they won't prescribe ANY pain medicine. Want me to see doctor again. Can't get appointment for 2 weeks.

I needed a new family doctor and after much research I chose Dr. Michael Petry. He is associated with Norton and has a very convenient office facility here. Dr. Petry is young and only started this practice two years ago. I enjoyed my first visit and had a good discussion with him as he covered my medical history in depth. This is a very complete facility as they have X-ray capability and can draw and process blood in their lab on premise. I am very glad I made this choice.

Very good healthcare center. Very clean and everyone is friendly. Wonderful physicians there. I drive 40 minutes to see my physician.

Previously had an issue. But they called and were extremely helpful in correcting any problems. The office manager is extremely kind and always looking out for the patient and their health needs. Would recommend!
