The product came packaged in the proper labeled package in an excellent condition. Shipping was very fast, I was expecting close to a week and it came in four days as the item was shipped the morning after I ordered it.Would definitely buy from them again when I’m in need. Being a commercial lawn business, it’s hard to find anything in stock locally so unfortunately getting things shipped and put it on yourself is typically the best route.”

“Simply put, I just love coming here.I think I've interacted with three different employees across my visits. Every time, everyone has been SO helpful and informative. I always feel very heard when I explain when I'm working toward, and end up leaving feeling like I have all the information and tools I need to accomplish my project. I've never felt like I'm being over-sold things that I don't need or that aren't quite right for me... when I come away buying more than I expected, it's 100% my own fault lol.But the thing I really want to express is that the folks here have never made me feel talked-down to or stupid. I come to this shop as a woman that is new to the craft, but know I could probably be in the hobby for 20 years and still run the risk of having men assuming I'm out of my element. No one at this Woodcraft location has ever made me grimace because they've over-explained something. No one here has made me feel like they doubt whether I'm up to the job, or talked over my ideas about what I'd like to try. My preferred learning strategy around crafting things is to "wing it" and happily pivot if I fail, and no one was rolling their eyes at my currently less-than-professional setup and skill level.I wish that my comfort as a woman here doesn't feel like such a notable dynamic, but it is. So I'm EXTREMELY appreciative for the good vibes, and for the help!! Thanks!!!!”

“My husband & I have been overwhelmed with deadlines, and suddenly discovered it was December 14th...and we had no Christmas tree!! I phoned your store to see if you still had some, and I was in luck.I raced into the store at 8:30PM, wondering where to find trees, and was escorted outdoors in the garden area by a wonderful young man named Kuz. My husband wasn't with me, so poor Kuz had the "honor" of holding up half a dozen trees for me, spinning them around so I could determine which was best. My husband usually rolls his eyes and gets a bit impatient while doing that, but Kuz was absolutely delightful! Although at this time of year (and that time of night) I'm sure he was pretty exhausted, he was gracious and lovely, trimmed and wrapped the tree, then helped me with my purchase. He even carefully loaded the tree into our car.I promise I'll be back to Lowe's soon. And when I do, I hope to run into Kuz once again. Management: You are so fortunate to have such a customer-first employee!”

We were greeted quickly and our return took only a couple of minutes. My husband wanted a trimmer for his Father's Day gift. He'd done his research and one was in the cart after another five minutes. While waiting for him I was impressed with their line of grills and smokers. We browsed their paint colors for awhile. They had many options and the cards were nicely organized for shoppers. We grabbed a few options to take home to view under our lights. Checkout was quick and easy. Gift cards were available near checkout, and for options beyond Home Depot.”

“Home Depot is your reliable big-box hardware/garden/home improvement store that's going to scratch that itch when you think "I think I want to update my deck, plant some flowers, and build a Hadron Collider in my back yard". Chances are, Home Depot is going to have just about everything you need for those projects (well mostly.) This location is close to home and other shopping so it's pretty convenient when running our Sunday errands. The staff is genuinely helpful and, for the most part, they know where things are located. There may be some obscure things that I don't think anyone would know the location of (self-sealing stem bolts) which may be a challenge. The store is usually pretty well stocked and clean, although the Christmas stuff goes up WAAAY too early. In our experience when trying to buy a shed last year, this store fails miserably. Outside where the sheds are located it says to see someone inside. You go inside and there isn't a person to talk to, just a pamphlet. No knowledgeable person that can speak to anything, they just refer you to another company. When I'm looking to spend money on something as pricy as a shed I'd rather be able to talk to someone to ask the questions I need, not look at a pamphlet. Otherwise it's generally a good shopping experience. While Home Depot isn't my favorite big-box home improvement/hardware store, it is the closest.”
