Everyone is very encouraging pushing you to your best. I was hesitant at first based on my weight and activity level. Boy was I wrong! Don’t be shy; they welcome all shapes and sizes! This is the best, most encouraging gym I’ve ever been too!!!”

“I started F45 after having my second child, with a friend who was already enjoying and benefitting from the F45 community and workout. It is great for both my physical and mental health. The coaches are approachable, helpful and fun. I love that there are cardio, strength and hybrid days so I can plan on what’s best for my body that week. Having the coach walk around + video to model the exercise you are doing in correct form is very helpful for a newbie. Thanks F45 Crestwood for helping me get in shape and have fun while doing it!”
