I purchased a 2017 Silverado and was sold a warranty that basically covers nothing. 2 months after purchase I have to have my ABS module replaced. Guess what, the warranty does not cover that even though my salesman said everything should be covered. Well I bought a truck and 2 months later I'm out another $975. Oh there is more to come!!
Now I don't even have 4k miles on the truck and the brakes are grinding!!

I bought a car here recently. It was advertised with certain features and a certain trim level. Unfortunately, the car did not have the features advertised, and I didn't notice until after I completed the purchase. I should have checked more thoroughly, but i expect more out of a dealership.

A friend referred me to this dealership because I told him I was tired of the sales pitches and insistence/pressure some sales folks try to use, so he referred me here to place my order. I live in ATL and this was 7 hours away, but to me it was worth it. Both Nathan and Steve have made this process incredibly easy and enjoyable. Not once have they tried to sell me something I didn't want/need and they were very humble and treated me with respect. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an easy/enjoyable buying experience.

Had a terrific experience buying my new Ram with this dealership! Ryan and Eric in finance were both great to work with! We had some very small issues right after purchase and these guys all stepped u pans went above and beyond to help and get everything right immediately. I would highly recommend anyone to this dealership and do plan to buy here again.
Unbelievable pricing on their new inventory and they give TOP dollar on trades. They also worked all of the details of the deal remotely. Can’t say enough good things!!

Would give no stars if possible. I have a 2020 Ran 1500 (Covid era car… my mistake), which has the peeling leather dash (nationwide, prevalent issue) GlennCDJR, Ram customer support, etc agree it must be replaced. Trying to get a good will replacement with Ram customer care, GlennCDJR has lied multiple times in telling Ram that they called me, and that Ram denied the claim. GlennCDJR denied this claim, and has denied any help, not even a discount in this defective $2000 expense.
Buyer beware, of Rams with leather dash and shady, unsupportive GlennCDJR

Terrible experience with this dealership. Pay attention to the negative reviews. 1st: I'll give the highest praise to David in sales. He worked my deal over the phone before I made the drive. Stayed late for me to pick it up after work. Best sales guy I have worked with in all my years of buying cars. Now to the bad. The finance department should be all be fired and new brought in. They royaly screwed up my title and paperwork. The title took almost two months to be shipped out. Finally got the letter in the mail that the title was ready only to find out they sent it to a county 200 miles away. Had to get my county title office to talk with them get it straightened out because the lady I talked to at the dealership didn't believe me. Waited another week for it to be sent to my county. Go to get the title work completed only to find out that the sales was calculated wrong and I owed money to the state. Had to pay the tax so I could get the tag. Contacted the dealer again after going over the paperwork for the taxes to find out that they calculated the wrong sales price on the paperwork the dealer sent out. Already long story short. I was told tuff cookies get a refund from the state. So here I am five months later waiting on my refund from the state. Don't buy from here no matter how good the deal is. Oh and David get out while you can. A place like this won't be around much longer. You deserve better.
