I went to fast lane tonight to grab something quickly because it was 0 degrees outside. I came back out to get in my truck and it would not start. After further inspection i noticed the wire had broken off of my positive terminal on my battery. I went back inside on the off chance that they may have a side post terminal but it did not look good. after a few minutes wondering what to do the owner had came outside to tell me he had found one. it was actually priced really cheap which is a positive as well. I purchased it and went to install it when i opened my toolbox only to remember that all of my tools were in the trunk of my car at home. I went back inside and told the owner and he brought out a big bag of tools and told me to use what I needed. I was able to make the repair with his tools, but, went to start my truck and the battery was dead so again I went inside and told him. He then pulled his personal vehicle around to jump my truck. If that is'nt great customer service then I don't know what is. I am forever thankful and appreciative of everything he did to help me out. I will gladly recommend this gas station to anyone. not only for their cheap prices but also their friendly customer service. They take the meaning customer service way beyond excellent. Thank you!!!!!!
