The Crestwood Dollar General is immaculate. It should serve as an example for every single Dollar General in existence. It is well stocked, clean, organized, and the staff is helpful and friendly. This is an awesome store!!!

I went in and was amazed by how clean and organized everything was both inside and out. It was BY FAR the nicest (cleanest) Dollar General I have ever been in. I live in Louisville and was running an errand (about 25 minutes or so away from my house) But because of my experience with a lady (manager, I think?) with a short blonde bob, I WILL make the trip again to this store. Her professional and friendly attitude coupled with the impressive store will have me travel back to this location. 10/10

Taking up an entire aisle to restock/reorganize shelf, didn't acknowledge that I was trying to get something, then after I waited 5 minutes at the register was told that I had to use the u-scan because the "register was closed"...?I would give 0 stars if possible. It's sad when people won't do their job and treat their customers like an inconvenience.

Locked there doors as they started on inventory midday.. acted like nobody was at the automatic door( that they turned off) as I stood there to come in. Store is very unorganized and they have a little cult .. ( nobody new last more than a week, and the same people are there all the time , goofing off and stay in full conversation when checking you out).I have lived next to this store the past 10 years, I would know....
