My experience at Christian Brothers was a pleasant surprise! They are not your typical mechanic at all! I love how I could send a text anytime to get an update. I love how they emailed me pictures of what they saw in my van, explained the repair, quoted the price, and I could approve or decline online the individual repairs they suggested. They were very friendly and offered me a water/coffee/soda when I came in to the shop. When they called to tell me my van was ready, they offered to pick me up and bring me to the shop at no extra charge! And, the final price was lower than the quoted price because labor time was less! Like I said, not your typical mechanic experience! Thanks for going above and beyond and for "loving your neighbor as yourself."

Very pleased with the communication and overall friendliness of the team at CBA…They were very fast to diagnose the problem and John and Greg could not have been better to work with…The facility was very clean and looked brand new which is very reassuring…They provided me a digital report with my exact issues, a diagnostic report and even videos of what the car was doing…I will be back soon with any new car maintenance issues!

I began using Christian Brothers during the pandemic because my usual shop was closed. They do a great job. They provide a very detailed analysis of your car with pictures and videos to keep you apprised of the condition of your car and what is needed now and in the future with estimates. There is no pressure they just provide the service. I took my wife's car in for an oil change. She had recently been in an accident and had the car repaired. They discovered a dangerous situation with the suspension that the original body shop had missed. I really appreciate the service they offer AND the generous discount coupons.

I just got my Chrysler Pacifica back from Christian Brothers. We have been going different places trying to to get brakes fixed and many of them especially the dealer have seemed annoyed and haven’t done thorough inspections. In terms of customer service Christian Brothers is like the Chil Fil A of mechanics! Great customer service start to finish, thorough inspection, no pressure, and the cleanest car shop I’ve ever seen. And yet they seem humble and confident. Now let’s wait a few months and see if the quality is of Chik Fil A caliber!
