“Brought my brand new RAV4 Prime to DJ to try and keep it protected and looking nice! It's the third vehicle we've had done by him, and every time we come away impressed. I only had the outside done on my RAV (PPI + graphene), but my wife was thrilled with the interior clean they did on her Honda Pilot, and years before that, we had a Honda Accord cleaned up before putting it up for sale. It really makes a huge difference, and you enjoy the type of quality service you can truly only expect from a self-employed individual with his name on the line. It's worth it!”

“Update: I received a call a day after submitting my claim and spoke with a very nice man who went over my claim to get me on the right track. After that call, I took my car to their offered appraisal and currently waiting for a call back. We used to use Thomas car wash a lot as I saw the value they had for washing cars and good pricing. Their prices have gone up, just as everything else has in the past two years. Unfortunately, I lost my car's antenna cover while at the car wash but didn't realize it right away( kids in the car). I was unable to get back to the car wash on the day it happened so I called multiple days only to leave multiple voicemails and never received any response. It was just an antenna cover, not the end of the world. So I finally was able to stop by the car wash to speak with someone only to have them say they had none. And they mentioned to submit my claim online and (hopefully) someone would speak with me. I doubt anyone will reach out, as it's past their 72 hours of mark. I'll keep y'all posted on any feedback from Thomas Car Wash!”
“My wife's car had a foreign crud all over it from a truck on the highway. When I arrived in the rain I was met by a total gentleman who assured me they could get my car clean. He and another exceptional fella power washed the car with suds before sending it through the automatic.The car was spotless for $11. I felt like a thief. The thing that stood out the most was the customer service. I thought I had time warped back to the 50's. I've never experienced politeness and professionalism like this before and I'm sure I never will again.I can't recommend Mike's in Middletown highly enough.”

“For $11 it did a pretty good job and FREE VACUUMS! The pre-wash was a little lacking and didn't seen to make a difference for 4 extra dollars.The vacuums - while FREE - need to be stronger suction.Great value otherwise.”
“I am ONLY giving this location 5 stars. The other Zips Wash locations are not properly or professionally serviced. This one and the Breckenridge Ln location are my preferred. Vacuums actually work where I wash. Mamagement needs engineers to fix their vacuums. The monthly premium is pricey and IMO not worth it but in all it does save you money if you go to a car wash once a week spending $15 / week. It's been several months since they stopped prespraying your car before you enter which I preferred.”
“The price is reasonable I think $8 wS the highest for the first one of 3 automatic terminal you come to. It had really good water pressure and seemed to do a good job on the wash except when it came time to dry my car. The dryers were acting like they barely was pushing any air out. I ended up having to towel dry my car when after most washes unless it's the Self-wash; the auto dryers usually get iT decently just not here.”
“I switched from four to five-stars review because the facility got back with me after I posted the review, which tells me they care about the operation of the car wash, unlike my experiences at other self-serve car washes. While Triple Crown had its issues when I visited over the weekend, at least all the devices worked. Earlier that day I had visited three other self-serve car washes that were inadequate or weren't working properly. Everything worked at Triple Crown, but the soap in brush seemed a little runny and the protective coat wax gun spit the wax out rather than spray, which what I have experienced at other self wash bays. In search of an operating self-serve car wash I visited one where the spray gun was disconnected from the hose and another that provided no wax at all from the protective coat wax gun. While Triple Crown had its issues at least everything worked and I was able to get my car cleaned with a little wax sprayed on it for added protection.”

“I went thru the automatic care wash, and it had been a while since I cleaned it last due to the carwash burning down in my hometown. It cleaned pretty well, considering how long it had been. I left the owner a message on his email about it not fully cleaning my car. He immediately got back to me and asked me to bring it back.I was across the street, so I said sure. He met me and apologized for it not getting it cleaned the way I had expected. He had me pull over to the self-service side, and he himself cleaned my car. He showed me how tough it was to get off. I felt so stupid. I never imagined it was that bad. I scrubbed it myself, and I could barely get the stuff off. Apparently, it was tree sap or something. Folks, the owner of this place was so nice he refunded my money even after I kept telling him it was my fault for letting it get so dirty. I highly recommend this carwash!”
“I have come here multiple times and every time they do an amazing job! They are very good at what they do but know how to do it really fast!! They have many different options and add ons that you can do and I always love how my car looks after it is done.”

“Very nice. The only problem is they changed the soap in the diy car wash section to a formula that is harder to wash off. Which means it costs more to rinse it off. Great for business owners, terrible for patrons.”
