From the moment we approached the historic Bradshaw Duncan House, we knew our event would be something special. This beautiful home provided the perfect backdrop for our four-day corporate hospitality event during the PGA Championship. The house itself is beautifully decorated by the owner, Tina (who is an absolute delight). The Pool Pavilion makes the most stunning cocktail reception area blending seamlessly with the surrounding natural beauty. The tent provided the perfect covered tent that was beautiful tucked away on the property. The sprawling lawns and meticulously maintained plants were a delight to the eyes and spirits of our guests, offering a serene escape and countless photo opportunities. What truly set Bradshaw Duncan House apart was the exceptional staff. Their professionalism and warmth were evident in every interaction, ensuring that our event ran smoothly from start to finish. The security team deserves a special mention for their discreet yet vigilant presence, providing peace of mind that allowed us to focus on the joy of the occasion. We are immensely grateful to have had the opportunity to host our event at such a remarkable venue. The Bradshaw Duncan House is not just a location; it’s an experience that leaves a lasting impression on all who step through its doors.

I am the owner of ABC Weddings & Events a coordination and consulting company in KY. I have never had a more positive experience than I do when working with Bradshaw Duncan. Grace and Klara are intentional, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely relational and all they do. The Bradshaw Duncan House has figured out to be a one stop shop for all things weddings to make the couples feel at ease and excited, with minimal stress. as a wedding professional working at a competent and kind venue makes all of the difference! I am so grateful for the Bradshaw Duncan House property and team not only on my wedding day, but also in all the weeks and months leading up to the big day! They had everything we needed to put our big day together, answered our many questions, and had helpful advice from years of experience in the industry. They always responded in a timely manner and truly felt like partners in helping our wedding vision become a reality. The property is beautiful and the house provided ample getting ready space for our big wedding parties. They have made several upgrades over the last year or so including adding bathrooms for guests, adding more paved sidewalks for guests and vendors, upgrading the vendor kitchen, and providing a bigger tent. All of these additions were made thoughtfully and responsively and helped the evening flow seamlessly. Thank you to Grace and her team - you all are the best of the best!

I have been working with Bradshaw Duncan over the past few months, planning my November 2024 Wedding. They have been nothing short of AMAZING! Very detail oriented & always have the answers to every question I could think of. Along with the quick to respond & caring staff- they have gone above & beyond in helping guide me to the best vendors, help with floor plans, details & coordinator. 10/10 recommend!

The Bradshaw Duncan House was the absolute perfect place for my wedding! My guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue was. The get ready areas were have more than enough space and is so cute for getting ready photos. Our ring bearer had a blast playing the games in the mens suite while all the groomsmen enjoyed watching football on the tv provided for them while they were getting ready. They were so easy to work with and accommodated all my last minute adjustments with ease. I had no stress day of because Grace and team handled everything flawlessly. There is not a single thing I would have changed about our wedding. It was the perfect day mostly in part to the beautiful Bradshaw Duncan House and it's fantastic staff!

My cousin got married on 4-15-23. The Bradshaw Duncan House was so nice and clean. Everyone was so nice there. Both the wedding and the reception was amazing. The tent where the reception was had these amazing chandeliers that made it look classy.

Could be an Awesome venue… Biggest concern is they are partnered with Oldham County’s finest to entrap you as you leave for DUI, etc. they have plainclothes officers roaming around. Basically entrapment….. also…. Read your contacts very close… They will search all personal belongings without letting you know.
