Convenient camper storage just off I-71. Staff went out of their way to notify us when there was some storm damage to our camper a few years ago. Recently when we no longer needed storage and cancelled, they sent us an unexpected refund check for that month. Such great service!

I've been a satisfied customer of this facility for more than a decade, having rented five storage units here for a while as executor of an estate. Storage units of various sizes are available, ranging in size from a small closet to a garage. Some units have a second story level loft. The facility as not new but most of the units are in satisfactory condition. Some of the units I rented we're somewhat clean, some were a mess. All required additional cleaning before I could use them. Rodents have been an ongoing problem but can be managed by continuous use of poison bait and glue traps. This is not unusual in storage facilities of this type everywhere. I've had problems with the roll up doors from time to time, however the management resolved the problems promptly. The facility has recently been enclosed by a fence and video surveillance upgraded to improve security. No automatic fire suppression (sprinkler system) is provided. No fire or smoke detectors in individual units. Standard rental contract stipulates that the facility is not not responsible for loss or damage of personal property. All units are fully divided from adjacent units from floor to roof. Tenants must supply their own locks, locks can be purchased at the rental office. Most storage units have lights and some have electric outlets. Refrigerators and freezers are allowed at additional cost. Storage of motor vehicles is allowed at no additional cost. Some units have doors at opposite ends, allowing drive through. Some of the buildings are are spaced closely, making it difficult to get a vehicle in or out of the units. Outdoor storage of vehicles, boats and trailers is available. Facility is accessible to tenants 24 hours. Each tenant has own access code for automatic gate.
