I wanted to take the time to do a review specifically on Valerie. She greeted me with a smile and made the whole process very easy. I was looking for a gift for my wife and rather than target how much I wanted to spend she asked the other important questions that built rapport with me. She did a great job and found out that this was going to be a surprise and even gave me some suggestions with what I already had planned to make it a little bit more special. She did a great job. I highly recommend her.

Madison was fantastic throughout my entire experience. She helped me and my now fiancée with trying rings out and then promptly reached out to set up an appointment to look further into it. Communication was very important to me and Madison went above and beyond. She truly had my best interest in mind and made the whole experience feel very comfortable. I would give them 10 stars. Worked with Liz and Madison to select a diamond ring. They were both very helpful in explaining the 4Cs of diamonds and what they really mean for the look of the diamond. They were knowledgeable, professional and genuine. I tried several shapes of diamonds for my center stone. Madison's professionalism did not wane when I pulled out my diamond spreadsheet. Ultimately, she helped me select a diamond I'm excited to look at everyday for the rest of my life. Quality people selling quality jewelry.

Madison and Darren were SO INCREDIBLE!!!! I went in to the store, wanting to find a wedding band for my husband within my budget. They jumped through hoops, to get be the best deals and financing options that I could afford. They were incredibly kind, and understanding in every aspect. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about them. We are long time customers, and will continue to be because their customer service is outstanding!

Austin made me feel comfortable buying an engagement ring in my price range with no pressure at all. As a queer couple I was extremely nervous because you never know the judgement you will receive. All future purchases for jewelry will be made at this Jared in Crestview. Thanks again Austin!
