Called for 3 days, left 3 messages. No return call. Gave me wrong mask. Horrible customer service. Hope someone reading this can make a change, lots of negative reviews.

ATI didn't tell me my they were no longer accepting Humana until I went in for supplies. I had to find another supplier and resubmit all the documents again. Delayed me having supplkies for 5 weeks.

Absolute worst company in the world to deal with. Just money hungry , like everyone else. They nickle and dime you to death. If they can throw in an additional charge they will.

Going through the process right now I'll post updates as we go along...So far they have ordered my auto machine and "supplies" from saint E.( I was not notified of this order or asked about it which I need the full facemask and a specific hose.)

NOT committed to patient success. They are more interested in making sure your insurance company is being billed. I needed a replacement consumable for my C-PAP and even after offering to pay for it they refused. My Dr. said to reach out to ATI for help. I ended up ordering what I needed online. My insurance company is being billed for rental of the C-PAP and consumables. Very Very Disappointed!

I have been waiting in a Bi-PAP machine since October 2021. I was told they had to put new clients first before i got mine since i had one that was functioning. However, my current device is very loud and caused me to get an infection in my esophagus.I received a call on 5-24-22 stating that the machine was in and I would have to pay $300 up front in order to get the machine since my deductible has not been met yet and that would need to be paid within 48 hours of scheduling the appointment or I would have to wait on another machine.This company is no longer about customer service they are only about the bottom dollar! Y Customers can not even order supplies through them. I had to go through another company that they recommended just to get supplies for the machine I purchased from them. It has been time consuming making phone calls just to get the supplies I need just to use my current device.

Always had great experiences with this place. The first company I was with took forever. I was buying supplies off Amazon out if my pocket to get them quicker. I get a shipment from ATI regularly with supplies.

Everyone was very nice and willing to help with everything regarding my CPAP and very knowledgeable. First time here and I will be getting all my supplies from here in the future.

Excellent service from the folks at ATI CPAP Solutions. Easily picked up my new equipment. They had it all setup and ready for me when I got there. Nice and friendly staff.

They’ll charge you 250$ to come in and chat with some anti-masker, where this price will NEVER be discussed with you. Good luck for paying your rent whenever they plan to charge you, weeks after your actual consultation.
