When I first started at ARC it was great but in the past few months they went downhill. The only thing consistent about this facility is inconsistency. Somehow in their system my groups weren't being counted and they said I was behind I went with it and did extra groups weekly to catch up and they told me I wasn't. It got to the point my medication wasn't being called like they said it would be and I'd go days with out it, when I would reach out to get my medication filled I'd get no reply from my case manager so I'd message someone else and when they reached out they would say nasty things about me blowing people up to get my medication when it could have been avoided if they just acknowledged my message in the first place. I would never recommend anyone to go to this center in the end it was more stressful for my recovery than it was helpful.

NKY ARC is the absolute worst of the worst! You have to advocate for yourself just to get care. The place needs to get it together, someone’s life depends on it!

There is good and bad associated with this place. The rules change every other day. Most of the staff are friendly and actually care. But there are a couple staff who have alcohol and bipolar issues of their own and can be very rude and disrespectful at times. Overall i feel let down by how i was let go. Many staff knew my story but when i needed them most , not one reached out to ask if i was ok .

Anbody who has anything bad to say about this place obviously wasn't doing what they were told and following the rules. The staff does actually care, they just don't have time for people who aren't serious when there's a waiting list of people who are. As long as they can see that you are putting in genuine effort, they will work with you on whatever your circumstances are. This place saves lives. But if you're not willing to do the work, are entitled or lazy, don't waste their valuable time. They could be actually helping someone else. Take your crybaby a** to the clinic.

This place has made a turn for the worse been going here for 2 years always do what I have to always have now they have changed to arc hahaha The rules change daily and some rules are only used when convenient for staff and don’t let life happen you get a little behind instead of trying to help you they with hold your meds do you want me to relapse then I would be in trouble right? The consular lie right to your face the receptionist is incompetent!! I know these places are money based but show a little care for heaven sakes!! If you need to have a life outside your recovery this is not the place you want to go too even if you don’t look for a better place. You get hooked on there meds and like I said if life happens like it does to everyone and you get a little behind you can’t have your meds and then your still expected to come in for your groups and function while sick!! I encourage anyone who needs help to get it when this was I can my recovery was easy now I wanna use and never felt like this till now!! This place needs help!! What ever happen to the health care oath!!!!!!!!!!!!!
