Balu, the owner, and Becky and Mary Ann were wonderful in helping me create a memorial bookmark for my mother. The design Balu came up with was fantastic and the bookmarks look awesome. He also got the entire order ready in a matter of hours, from design to finished printing. I am SO happy that I went with them for my printing needs. Thank you!

I frequent this store for shipping and Amazon returns. Everyone is so friendly and service is quick! I haven't ever had to wait more than 5 minutes even during Christmas time. I will pay extra to ship UPS rather than USPS just for the friendliness and quick service.

I tried to ship some oversize parcels with Fed EX- two times rented a truck attempted to deliver to Fed EX- both times I was unable to ship- Ballu at UPS store helped get my parcels to Florida with great care and follow up!!! Kudos

I’ve used this location to ship some items and all was well, albeit a little expensive.I needed one piece of paper to be printed and noticed they have a service called “Quick Print”. The file was uploaded, payment was made and confirmation received. It wasn’t until I received the confirmation that I noticed the “Quick Print” was scheduled to be available 24 hours later. There’s nothing quick about that.The printout was needed today so I stopped by the store. I explained the situation and acknowledged I didn’t see the pre-selected date before placing the order and needed the printout today.There was one person behind me using self service and one other customer with a couple of packages. I asked if they could print out my one piece of paper, 8.5 x 11, black and white, one side and was told I would need to wait 20 minutes.24 hour Print is an accurate name, Quick Print is a misnomer, at best, an out and out lie at worst. I was also told my order would be canceled but it’s been 7 hours and no email confirmation that the order was cancelled (it cost just over a dollar, so it’s not the amount of money but the principle of it).
