The brunette gal that helped with my Amazon return was PHENOMENAL! She deserves a raise and then some. Excellent multi tasker, efficient and courteous. Handled pressure well. There was a line of us with returns. Knocked us out no problem. Plus she was answering phone calls. With a smile!!

“Go here quite often with paper rolls, in and out super polite people, backing can be a little tight when it's congested but the guy in office understands and will usually have you wait for a truck to move to make it easier. There is overnight parking I usually park at their other warehouse next to it though so it isn't crowded.”

But Brianna was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made it so easy. I’ve never felt as welcomed in a FedEx as I did at this location. Both Brianna and Allie were amazing—so professional, kind, and clearly a great team. “Not the employee's fault but my package could not be scanned properly. Now my package is in limbo, since I don't have a tracking number. The scanners at this facility had an issue upload to the system. I'm sure FedEx is saving money on defective scanning equipment. But the employees have to deal with the public.”

“If you're not familiar with the area, the drop off is INSIDE the Advance Auto Parts store. Go inside, go up to the counter and let them know what you need (if they haven't already sussed it out from the box you're holding). Someone will scan your package and offer to send you an email confirmation of the drop off. That's how it has worked at every one of these that I've gone to before and is exactly how it worked at this one today (12/29/2023). Just as an aside, IF they don't offer to send you an email receipt, just ask. Robots haven't taken over yet. The employees there are people too. We all have bad days, get busy and forget things, etc. from time to time. Have a little patience and all will be well.”
