I'm disappointed that you turn the entire bank to ATM use only. Even after hours we cannot use the drive through ATM because it's turned off. You go to the door to go inside to use the ATM and the doors locked because the bank is closed. I feel like the drive-through ATM should be open at all times. Very inconvenient

This is the least friendly, most unhelpful and unorganized branch I’ve ever tried to deal with. I especially recommend Jacob he is great at eye rolling at you when your asking for assistance

I called up for a replacement card and they said come on in for an appointment at 430, I get there joking to the guy helping that my daughter took my card and I couldn't find it but she won't get far because there is only 6$ in it. Now he notices this and we both laugh a little. Then he comes back and says here is your card.. now this is my first time getting replacement card an they charged me 7.50 and now my account is overdrawn till Friday. Why wouldn't you guys of told me it was gonna do that? I gladly would of waited till Friday. I'm highly disappointed in you guys, been banking for over 4 years and never had a problem till now. I really hope y'all can wave it or help in some way. I'll be calling you later.

Manager Doug in Crestview location was very unprofessional. As I've been banking with them for years, I was asking questions to Doug and he was laughing. I was not happy with my experience

Everything is cool; Except... The ATM will not process my cash deposit. Atm will take my money then, eventually it spits it back out. If the machine gets fixed then they'll get the 5 stars ???

One star is too much for them! DO NOT bank with PNC, especially in the Crescent Springs Branch. Joe Duncan, the branch manager is a lying snake who should be selling used cars. He deceived about promotional dollars they were supposed to give me but never gave me. I actually recorded him saying they would pay me promo dollars then two weeks later recorded him again saying that wasn't true. He then lied to the corporate offices about our conversation! The bank also mistakenly charged me a variety of fees that I had to fight tooth and nail to get back. This has been the worst banking experience ever! Take your money to 5/3 or Chase!

I was with Bank of Kentucky and Victory Bank for years. Victory I have little interaction and they have fees for everything, including making payments with a credit or debit card. Bank of Kentucky was the worst, they had fees out the wazoo. When they changed over it got worse, they even charge you if you use their ATM machine to get an account balance! What? This is my bank, my card, my ATM and I have to pay! Nope. Switched to PNC and they have treated me like a family member, they even wave the little basic fees like when I lost my ATM card. My father also switched over, and my close friend. I tell everyone how great PNC is!

Over the years, pnc has charged me random fees trying to be sneaky and this is the last time. Calling tomorrow to cancel my account.

Over my lifetime I have patronized many banks. Never have I had one that will actually go above and beyond when I truly needed it. Can't say enough good things about PNC Bank and this branch in particular.
