I have been shopping Petco for at least 6 years since I adopted my dogs. I've been coming to this location for several months to get both my dogs' nails trimmed. The grooming staff I've talked with are always friendly and super helpful. And Greg, who my dogs are now comfortable with runs up to greet, has been so kind and patient with both my dogs who were in the beginning quite nervous to get their nails trimmed. I am so happy to have someone who does quality work but is very kind and patient with my dogs as well. Thanks Greg!!

I have decent interactions with the employees when I go into the store, but my online delivery orders from this location are often canceled outright within minutes of placing them with no explanation, which has left me in a bind more than once.

Leah in grooming deserves a raise.I have a dachshund/beagle mix that hates the vet. Becomes a rock and won't move for anything. Leah has had Luna multiple times now and doesn't hesitate to scoop her up and take her back. After every visit, Lunas is never happy, but I can tell when she's seen Leah. Our dog just acts happier. Seriously, thank you for your kindness, Leah!

The world needs more pet stores and alternatives to PetSmart but this ain't it. The store is quite large and spacious but the food selection is pretty poor compared to a lot of smaller stores, especially the cat section. Heck, even their Beechmont location has a better selection and that's store is tiny in comparison. The store is shockingly unorganized as well. At a glance it looked nice but try looking for specific things and you quickly realize how bad it is. The animal water receptacle in the parking lot looked like it hadn't been emptied in months. Restarting I had to stop by this leave again a week later and it still wasn't emptied. The ferrets water bottle was completely empty so I mentioned it to a cashier who tried to explain they had been too busy to check on the animals. It's already bad enough that all of those ferrets have to share one little bottle but then you have staff that don't make it a priority to ensure they have water.
