all rusty and I don't feel safe. You can the concrete underneath the ice and the boards are super messed up. Can even play a game without being grossed out.

Trash. This honestly is one of the worst places I've ever been. The facility is not maintained at all. And the owner does not seem to spend any money to fix it up. Would not recommend

Excellent place for skating! Great music, moderate price. I'll definitely go back.

I would highly recommend the skating program. Really good. Also, the american pie show is really good, and the people made a huge effort. But, the skates are absolute crap. BRING YOUR OWN IF YOU PLAN TO LONG TERM SKATE HERE!!! Unfortunately, it is really dirty and old. Please fix the parking lot. It is extremely hazardous. If this place got remodled, I would give it five stars.

The generosity and skill of the staff at Northern Kentucky Ice Arena is top notch. This space has a great community feeling. Our son plays hockey here and it is evident that the intention here is to make hockey and skating more readily available for youth in the community. We appreciate the way that walking into this arena feels a bit like stepping back in time - old school, yet clean and always inviting.

This place is disgusting. I can't believe it's still up and running. The smell of bleach or whatever that's burning our eyes is clearly masking the smell of mold, mildew and stench of urine. The locker rooms have carpet on the bench that haven't been clean in years. There is rust everywhere. Not just a little it's fully caked on. You're not sure where to touch or hold onto when sitting on the bleachers that's rotton iron and wood. I am shock health inspector have not closed this place down. Or the owner must have paid them off.

I have had to play here for many years for hockey games usually about a few times a year and the rink has always been the same and hasn’t been updated. The ice is bumpy and there is ice on the benches from water leaks in the roof that has never been fixed. Worst rink I have ever been to.

This rink is a fire hazard. I swear you need a tetanus shot just for walking in. The back of the bleachers are rusted and someone is going to fall through. The whole place needs bulldozed. If I could give it a negative star I would.

Worst ice rink experience I've ever had.1. Parking is extremely limited, as well as poorly maintained. It's more a muddy mess than anything else.2. When we arrived, the facility was not very busy at all. Despite this, they had almost no skate sizes available. (A fact that was not brought to our attention, and we would have had no way of knowing before we bought tickets) they also do not clean the skates between uses. Not so much as a squirt of disinfectant.3. The ice was all but destroyed and was pretty melted far before the end of the session. Due to this most people were just standing around inside the rink.4. the entire inside of the rink was extremely run down, complete with nearly falling down rink walls, and a "sound system" that consisted of 1 speaker you could only hear when you were directly underneath it.I would never go here again.

Not great. Dirty, old skates. Teenagers that worked there were nice enough, but the place was run down and definitely hasn't been taken care of super great.

Wish the rental skates were as good as the staff. Outstanding service at the door and it would be nice if the skates were as nice as the staff. Get there early if you want to rent nice skates especially for the little ones

We love the Northern Kentucky Ice Center! The Miller family provides a wonderful place for my daughter to figure skate competitively. She has found friends that we call family. They have the knowledge and passion for all things related to ice! It's what's on the inside that matters! We are so grateful to be here!

The Northern Kentucky ice center is our favorite place to skate! The coaches are far and away the best in the area. The staff works incredibly hard and they are so friendly and helpful. My whole family loves coming here!
