I lost my temp tag here last week and they actually found it and kept it. They do a good job at cleaning vehicled, I appreciate them keeping my tag saved me big time! Definitely will continue to come to Mr spotless!

Unfortunately the car wash didn't match the company name (spotless). My car was 90% clean and 10% residue and streaks/spots. I went for the middle wash so I'm not sure if the experience would have been better with the more expensive wash.

Terrible car wash and customer service!Ever have a collision inside of a car wash? It happened here and they made no attempt to take ownership of the problem.Entry for any mid to large size vehicle is extremely tight 90 degree turn.Find another car wash for your peace of mind.

The exit door shut on my son's car. They stated they were not responsible. They have video which I asked them to preserve and they did. They eventually agreed they were at fault (the sensors on their door were not working properly). The owner paid the shop upon completion of the repairs. She refused to give me the money. Her attitude was if the vehicle was not repaired, she didn't owe it. I still think about suing her for the diminished value on that car solely over that. I've handled losses in Kentucky for decades. If someone is at fault for damage to your property they owe you regardless of whether or not you repair/replace the property. The at fault party has no right to direct how, where or even if you repair your property.

Competitive prices, vacuums included with wash.Minor incident transpired on 10/26/23 between myself and a vehicle behind me. My vehicle was moved off the track, or was not set on the track correctly, was pushed back by the brushes while in neutral and made contact with vehicle behind me, causing slight damage to the other vehicle's decorative front license plate. Management decided to not take responsibility for the incident despite following directions and being pulled/moved by the company's equipment. Have been a subscriber for over two years, and took a company vehicle in several times each month at non-subscriber cost.Management needs to accept accountability for their operation and equipment. They could have gone above and beyond to do right by their customers, but instead chose to avoid a minor loss at the expense of continued revenue from my family and company for the foreseeable future.

Nice car wash- I’ve been using them for more than a year and haven’t had any problems at all. Great location and value- but was a much better value at $30 than the new $40 price

DO NOT GO HERE!! The car wash damaged my car when it went off the tracks mid wash. I asked the manager to give the owner my number to settle it and never heard back.

DO NOT USE! The track is unstable causing my car to come off the track. Cracked the back of my side mirror, damaged my front bumped, scratched the side and I got hit from the car behind me. While honking my horn in the middle of everything g. Manager finally came put and said itust have been my fault. I've called multiple times trying to teach the owner to settle. No response. Considering pursing legal action for damage and loss of value to car.

Another 5 star facility offering the most value for the money. Look into one of their monthly plans and you will agreeGrounds are always spotless and you never have to wait for vacuums which are included with your wash! Check it out ?
