“Great Gym, Pretty Clean only packed during the 5pm-8pm hours which is normal for any gym. Only issue with esporta is sometimes machines will be down/broken for multiple days in a row. Stuff is constantly needing fix and there not the fastest with getting the equipment fixed.”

“While on vacatio I found Kingdom Fitness. The gym was very easy to use, there was everything I needed. The inside was very clean and there was bathrooms and a shower if needed. 24hrs access is rare now days which is a huge plus. As a gym freak I recommend this gym for sure!!”

“Just took my first class at the Newport Orange Theory! The customer service was stellar at every touch point. Since it was my first class, they had my name on a sign to welcome me, a shout out during class, and provided me with all of the information I needed to be successful prior to starting the class. While I took the class, the coach provided me with great tips to make sure I had the right form and techniques. All of this made the class less intimidating and fun! Highly recommend.”

“New Cov Crossfit it's a great place to go and workout, all the coaches are amazing specially Taylor Conaway & Jenna McVey, also the rest of the crew are very kind and friendly. The facilities are excellent always clean, with enough room and the equipment is in very good condition. Adding that every year they are renewing it. The Programing is great help you to improve your self and the community are the best a knew many beautiful people there. I'll always recommend this Box.”

“KID'S CLUB STAFF SHOUTOUT. I'm a SilverLake member but I come to BB once a week for basketball. I bring my energetic 2, almost 3, year old son, Nico, every Wednesday around 5:30PM for the past month. They greet him, make him feel welcome, and that's all I expect. But they go way above and beyond. Sometimes I've come down an hour later and they're still engaging with him! He prefers solo play unless it's another toddler he knows so I'm shocked he's playing with them. And I can tell he's getting attention because he doesn't want to leave most of the time. This is never the case at Silverlake, he's always sprinting to the door upset and desperately trying to get out and I only leave him at that Kids Club for only 30 minutes. He was being clingy last week at BB and didn't want to go in (had nothing to do with them, he's just a daddy's boy sometimes), and the employee working the desk was a good sport, reached out her arms, talked him through it, and put up with his whines for who knows how long. I bounced because I knew he was going to cry no matter what we did. I expected them to either reluctantly take him or ask to wait until he's ready, but she was all over it and ready to handle his whiny butt. They're so awesome! It's not that I don't appreciate Silverlake staff at Kids Club because it's an insanely hard job, but the BB staff are just the best. If I had any doubts on keeping my Silverlake membership, BB Kid's Club staff have killed them.”

“Old but fitness newbie here. Started my journey back to fitness only last month after unretiring and realizing I was risking injury at work after not working for 5 years. In short, I need to get stronger. I've found the staff and other members very helpful with advice for using the equipment safely, wiping down things with disinfectant for next user, etc. Right now I'm getting stronger via a circuit of machines before considering joining more formal class instruction regarding improving flexibility, using free weights safely, etc. So far this gym is greatly exceeding my expectations, hence the five stars.

Update: Two months in and this gym continues to greatly exceed my expectations. I continue to get stronger via the circuit of machines and am finding flexibility has also improved as the machines work opposite muscle groups. Just a very friendly and very clean environment wherever you are in your fitness journey. Highly recommend this gym!”

I was very hesitant to seek out a personal trainer & my only regret is I wish I had asked for Joshua’s help sooner.My favorite things about working w Joshua… 1) he holds you accountable!! But not in a scary way… he humbly seeks to understand. He asks probing questions that dig into motivation that begin to scratch the surface for WHY behind your goals so that he can help you build a plan to achieve 2) he leads by example. NEVER has Joshua asked me to restrict. He helps you build a sustainable plan that enables you to live life tastefully AND on track to meet your ideal self. He doesn’t miss out on ice cream, so why should I?? 3) he is so knowledgeable. From the first conversation I had w Joshua I knew I was going to learn so much working w him…however, not only have I learned so much, but his energy to learn more is contagious and I’m inspired to keep learning. Joshua provides you w what feels like endless amounts of coaching in topics like: habit formation, nutrition (I was definitely not getting enough protein before working w Joshua!), strength training, goal setting & achieving, productivity etc. 4) Joshua builds a personal plan that fits YOU. I was working remote for a month and was really worried about the progress we’d made (strength building, clean eating etc.) because w/out a routine & traveling I thought I would regress to old habits… Joshua detailed a guide for me that included local gyms he tracked down in PORTUGAL as well as hikes/activities and grocery stores nearby w healthy choices for vegetarians… I mean wow. He made it so easy for me to put fitness first. Joshua 5) he’s in your corner! This is one of my favorite aspects of working w Joshua; he’s the best cheerleader. He taught me to celebrate the small wins and when doubt reared it’s ugly head… he was first to reassure me.I signed up for 3 months w Joshua and I’m so excited to continue this journey… I wouldn’t pick anyone else to be in my corner. “If you would like to try Pilates? This is the place to be. After several sessions of Pelvic Floor Therapy, my Physical Therapist said that Pilates is the only type of exercise she recommends for women. I tried classes at other places, but found an immediate home at Fit Philosophie. We work hard AND have fun. No place I’d rather be. Cannot say thanks enough to these incredible women for making me feel strong again! ??”
