The person who waited on me wasn't friendly. He acted like I was bothering him. On my item it said to bring to store and it would be packaged and sent but he said that I had to package it myself. I've been here before and they were friendly but it wasn't on Saturday.

I use FedEx whenever I truly need to get documentation made, notarized or even sent just anywhere you can imagine. When it must get there. When I need to track a document or a parcel or even a gift. Their people are always professional, helpful and friendly. Should you have something you need and must reach it's destination on time then you must stop by this business! As Always, Enjoy!

There are often days that I'd like to board a FedEx plane only to crash on an island & befriend a volleyball, but I don't think they fly out of CVG, so I've had to settle for a few visits a year to this FedEx location for various shipping-related needs. I've always found them efficient, welcoming, & competent, no matter if I was buying shipping supplies or dropping off or picking up a package. Most recently, I had to drop off my computer so it could be sent back to Dell for some necessary repairs & the process was all very straightforward. Currently, they're practicing social distancing & requiring masks for entry, as is any responsible business.

I was pleased with the service I received today. The employee welcomed me and walked me through the process of sending my package and including a return shipping label. When I accidentally overstepped the COVID-19 floor sticker, he politely asked me to return to the appropriate place. He explained the fees I would incur for the return shipping and advised me on options for quick delivery. An overall pleasant and productive experience. Thank you!

This was my first experience with FedEx Office Print & Ship and it was amazing! Their customer service is impeccable. I was nervous because I've never used this service before but I was greeted by a very nice welcoming lady and she helped me tremendously! I can not recommend this place enough. I live in Cincinnati but will always make the drive to this location!

I've shipped several packages from here, ranging from small prepackaged jobs to bundles of tech equipment that I had no idea how to pack. Always helpful and professional, and gave good details and suggestions about which service to use. Haven't used their other services.

The staff at this FedEx Office are stellar! Every time I walked in this location I am greeted with a warm welcome no matter how busy they may be! It's amazing how far acknowledgement and great customer service can take you! Usually I'm just here in-and-out to drop off shipments, but anytime I've needed help finding the best service time (ground, overnight, etc.), the staff has been great to work with and super helpful in finding the best option without overpaying. This location is about 10-15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati and has plenty of parking spaces (which makes me prefer to trying to find parking downtown). I'll definitely continue to use this location in the future rather than trying to fight/pay for parking downtown.

Wow. I originally called the customer service number to retrieve a lost tracking number. Dude who answered the phone was dumber than a box of rocks and couldn't help me (didn't ask the correct info). So, I called the store I originally shipped it out of. A female assisted me on the phone, easily found my tracking number & even gave me a status on the package (which was my next question).
