“They had the lanes foe washing cars in the center and vacuums on either end. Having multiple vacuums on either end keeps everything moving because it takes more time to vacuum than to wash. There's nearly always a vacuum available.”
“Tom is a nice, honest, down to earth kind of guy! I was in an accident and my drivers door was smashed up along with front fender. It took a little over 3 weeks and when I picked it up they cleaned the inside and washed and waxed it! It feels like Im driving a brand new truck! So very pleased with the work that was done and Tom is a nice guy to talk to and deal with! Straight shooter and great work!! I recommend him for any work and will use him every time I need work done! Thanks Tom!!”

“After working out some details, this business owner, Cathy, accepted responsibility and did the right thing and is helping me with my windshield. There was some miscommunication initially, and she stepped up as a business owner. The gate was faulty, likely due to the extreme cold temperatures that were present at the time, and it could've happened to anyone. I will continue to park here as I always have as the pricing is as fair as any at CVG. I have also used their valet service and it's very convenient. “I've used this car wash several times over the past month for some quick washes and I'm impressed. The place is always clean, the high pressure hoses work, and I'm able to get in and out in less than 15 minutes and for less than $5”
“I would like to start with how underrated the wonderful staff that works here his. It was a slow day and I had a nice chat with one of the workers and realized so many of these 1 star reviews are people that don’t understand how this carwash works..For starters they are not an auto detailing service they are a CAR WASH Meaning they don’t spray down every inch on your car unless you make a request to the nice sales people with the tablets so they can tell the loader.Secondly some individuals don’t follow the instructions of the trained loader and try to load themselves or drive through the wash when the loader clearly gives them the instructions to put their vehicle into neutral with no break. If you don’t follow these instructions you will more than likely leave the wash with tons on soap still on your vehicle (which is a lot of the poor reviews) it’s sad because if you people actually listened to them you’d actually get a great quality car wash. As for the vacuum complaints they are separate from the wash yet completely optional at other car washes they just add the $2 fee the the wash and then call the vacuums free. (I personally like having the option and not being charged for them when I don’t have the time to use them) Also people always vacuum stuff up they’re not supposed to..which leads to the vacuums getting clogged..that’s actually how I ended up talking to this hard worker because I walked into the very clearly labeled customer entrance and asked for help. They informed me that they do their best to check the lot every hour or so but they just don’t have enough staff to keep up with it all the time..it’s sick to see all these horrible reviews about there being no help when the staff is always kind and friendly. All of these people who talk about damage that the company didn’t cover fails to mention important things about the parts like for example an after market bumper that was modded to the vehicle or paint chips when they had their car freshly painted not even a few hours earlier. So many things that aren’t the poor workers fault yet they take it out on them..
Lastly and most importantly I’d like to mention that they have a same day rewash policy so if you park in the very large parking lot and notice anything left on your car they will gladly send you through a second time for FREE. I feel like so many people mistreat and underestimate these hard workers. Please realize they are only human and are trying their best..stop treating them like garbage and ignoring the policy’s that are clearly stated on signs in the loop and advice given by the trained staff.

Stopped up here to check it out as I’ve seen lots of changes people outside signs and all that and got a membership absolutely love it 10 out of 10 recommend talked to the gal in the window who was super nice told her about my previous interaction with this place and she assured me it was taken care of. She said a few months ago they got a new manager that knows his stuff and takes care of businessThis place needs help it’s like nobody cares I came to purchase a membership and waited at the gate before I just got 1 wash and left like where’s the people at I guess they didn’t want my money I’m gonna look into blue roo but really hope this location gets what it needs I love how state of the art it is just bad employees”

“Haven't used the automatic bay, nor do I plan to. People don't know that those things never get cleaned or rare for it, having all those brushes to touch many cars which result in a lot of cars looking somewhat clean but damaging the paint. Then people complain why their car isn't clean LOL.Anyways, I've used the self car wash bays, hand washing myself is better. It does take debit/credit cards, mainly using the soap, then soap foam from gun & spotless rinse. The vacuum stations are $2 in quarters which is a bit more expensive than what I used to back in LA being $1, the air pressure isn't that strong. Although there is an option for either short time but strong vacuum or low vacuum but longer time. Even then it doesn't even feel like longer, feels about 3mins rather than 4mins.-1 star for $2 vacuum & suction isn't strong to begin with. Not much of a difference.”
