Jesse and company are so great to work with!! Your storage unit is watched, lock and all. If you encounter any problems such as a mouse they take care of it!! I really recommend them highly for storage, U-Hauls and moving ppl! Great people! Thanks guys! You made it all easy!

This storage is hands down the best storage I have ever worked with , John , Catherine, and Jesse have did so much for me since I moved in I needed special requirements for my storage that none of the other major storages could help me with because they didn't care and were charging so much more but at Buttermilk pike they talked to me , and looked for the best solutions to store my stuff safely , and made me feel at ease through the whole process , and ever since then the relationship that we have and that alot of their other renters have with them doesn't seem likd just business but they treat us like family Shout out to my Buttermilk Family They will continue to be my Go to & recommended place everytime for my Storage & Uhaul Needs (Everytime) I would pay more money just to make sure I'm with them lol ? Thanks Buttermilk Family !

Hands down the best storage facility in the tri-state area, if not the entire country! I have a large climate controlled unit on the second floor. The carts are extremely helpful when moving larger items up to my unit, as is the large elevator & doors! The entire facility is always spotless & with the amount of security around the place is unbelievable! I've never had to worry about my items, which is KEY, since I am a long term renter. Other than the incredible owner & staff, my favorite part about Buttermilk Pike Self Storage is that my monthly rate does not change on me like other storage facilities & I have 24-hour access to my unit. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Do not settle for less & go straight here!!

We had a great experience with this storage facility. They have special floors with which by looking at them you know exactly what size of a unit you will need. Very courteous service, great communication, and they always have cold bottled water. Easy in and out.
