I purchased batteries for 2 different cars on 2 separate occasions. Both batteries failed during the warranty period and were replaced with warranty. I was told the replacement battery warranty was valid thru the end of the original battery warranty period. Unfortunately, both replacement batteries were garbage and had to be replaced within a year.
After the first battery failed, i was worried about how long the 2nd battery would last. I feel they carry poor products. Needless to say, I purchased the new batteries elsewhere.

I was in there earlier this evening and the service was amazing! Phenex tried for over and hour to work and fix a bolt on my battery terminal in this heat it was a great experience I highly recommend going to this location and Jen made sure my dog stayed cool and had water the whole time! Good caring ppl!!
