$400 for vaccines is a joke!!! I was repeatedly charged for things I made very clear that I did not want or need. This is the worst vet clinic I have ever come across in my 20 years in the field.

I’ve known Karen Thompson all my life and can honestly say that even as a child she knew she would become a veterinarian. You will never find another person who cares about your pets the way she does, and the entire staff shares her enthusiasm for every critter they see. Your furry friend will be in great hands if you choose Cedar Heights Animal Clinic. Thanks for taking care of my girls Natasha and LIl-Bit.

I came here on a referrel from my mom. They were very nice, explained everything up front, and got my girl Tinkerbelle in for a teeth cleaning the same week. I picked my sleepy girl up right on time at 3. Dr. Karen even let me know her liver enzynes were elevated and gave her.A supplement. We will be back for a follow up in 6 weeks!

Super friendly staff, facility is clean, Dr. Thompson is efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Explains everything up front. Was able to get in same day. Appointment was on time and my dog was greeted by name immediately. Pricing seemed reasonable. Happy to find this vet…

I’ve taken all of my dogs to see “Dr Karen” since they first opened. Unfortunately I’ve moved across the State and can’t find a Vet that gives even 1/4 of similar service. They even made a required house call for my German Shepherd to help him cross the ‘rainbow bridge’. I do know that Cedar Heights care for many type of animals, but I’m not sure exactly which ones. I strongly recommend Cedar Heights!

I've had some unpleasant experiences with other local vets that have made me very appreciative of the quality of service @ Cedar Heights. Do not foresee taking my pets anywhere else from now on.

They are sweet and amazing. The care and comfort along with the knowledge they share just makes them above the rest. I will ALWAYS take my animals there.

Make SURE and double check your bill!!! They made a $193.98 mistake on mine, charging TWICE for several procedures & medicine!!! I had to make a special trip to go back and point out this double-charge so as to receive a refund for their huge mistake!! Who makes such a mistake!! Had I not checked over the invoice and called back the next morning they would have taken an extra almost $200! This was my 1st, and last, visit with my babies so I don’t know how often they do this large of a “mistake”! I’m just glad I carefully looked over mine!I won’t be returning! They were very nice on my first visit taking all three of my fur babies, of course my bill was $1,100! On a 2nd visit to purchase and pick up medicine, not so nice! Employee at counter was curt, uncaring and very matter-of-fact by sarcastically telling me my fur baby “was 100 years old, of course he was in pain!” Not even wanting to hear my full concern! My sweet cat is old but is NOT 100! And if he were 100, would you truly SAY such a heartless thing!!!What a rude thing to say, especially coming from an employee at a veterinarian office!!!I had to take my babies to Elizabethtown Animal Hospital, because, even though this place charged this horrendous amount, they were still not better! My dog had bronchitis which you’d think after all the TESTING they charged for that would have been found! The vet didn’t even pay attention to what I was trying to tell her, she just wanted to do the lab work! Well Elizabethtown Animal Hospital listened to what I had to say and found it with about 1/8 of the cost I spent here!!! Kudos to Elizabethtown Animal Hospital for being kind, finding the problem & helping my dog!!! I won’t even go into my 2 sweet cats experience…basically the same!!Glad there’s other veterinarian offices out there that pays attention when billing, BILLS CORRECTLY and is genuinely CARING, no matter the age!!!! That’s one of the reasons we take them!

Front desk is AWFUL and unprofessional, went to get my dog’s medication. She hurried locked the door right when I went to go to open it. Said they were going to lunch and shrugged her shoulders with a smirk. There were people in the lobby so I said it will just take a minute I’m heading out of town. She said well you can come back at 2.. waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes because I was going to wait around but she let people out, the amount of time it would have takin to give me my dog’s medicine would have been less then the time it took you to check the people out, you lost a customer today.
