If you have the ability to go to another pharmacy in the area, i would say to go elsewhere. In the last 6 months, I've had over a dozen prescriptions called in and they will sit there for days until I call and talk to an actual person and ask them to fill it. I don't think I've had a single one of those medications filled UNLESS I call and ask. And, in every one of those cases, they will *magically* have it ready in an hour or two. I usually understand when a place is understaffed, but medications are no joke.

This is the worst walgreens in nky! The staff is rude . They close when they want not when the hours say they are opening and closing. Then soon as the doors open there’s a panhandler standing at the door smh I went to the atm as soon as it opened and before I got back out there’s some guy w his hand out. It’s gettig real old .

I have ordered pictures at different times, they seem to always loose my prints or they can’t find them. The not finding them has happened multiple times.

This is by far the slowest pharmacy around. I will be switching next time my meds need filled. My meds were called in around 10:30 am I went there around 10:45 am they said 30 minutes.... It's now 1 pm and they're STILL not ready it's ridiculous. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all.

This store is busy but clean and stocked well. The employees are very helpful. Parking space is ample and the pharmacy has improved over the past year.

the staff is excellent, but the building is soulless, plain warehouse building, sheet metal roof, concrete floors, shelves as far as the eye can see of different versions of the same product.unbelievable we allow this right across the street from a historic church. atleast there is an entrance at street level, but the huge parking lot doesn't belong in Covington

Drive-thru pharmacy is filled with incompetent people who can not handle the simple task of looking up a prescription.Wouldn't trust the frizzy-haired kid with glasses working there with my fries at McDonald's. I was directed to go around the block twice because neither he nor another employee could figure things out and there were other customers behind me.Even after telling him it was for Covid and it was just transferred to this store by Hailey at the Newport location, who assured me that the info was in the Walgreens computer system, neither were able to put two and two together and ignore the previous prescriptions from years ago to figure out what was needed. They acted like I should have known the exact name of the medicine. What am I, a doctor? It wasn't medicine for me so how should I know lol?The head pharmacist got involved and understood exactly what was needed and said to give him 5 minutes. So I came back around a third time. Frizzy-haired kid had a break down when I asked him why the head pharmacist was able to figure things out but he couldn't. He retreated to his safe space and the head pharmacist came out and took care of it.Bottomline? Go to Kroger.
