Terrible experience. Never again will I go here! I booked my online appointment for 10 am and showed up at ten till only to sit there for 30 minutes while I watched a total of four employees straggle in one at a time and mingle around before someone finally called me to a chair. I showed her a picture of the exact cut I wanted and left with a completely different ridiculous mess of a cut. My “stylist” shook like a leaf. She leaned her entire body up against me the whole time (weird af) and she smelled so badly of cigarette smoke I left there smelling like cigarette smoke. NEVER AGAIN!!! The picture on the left is what I asked for and the picture on the right is what I left with.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had there. The lady just seemed like she was in a hurry and was frustrated that I asked her to cut my hair a little shorter never going back again.

Amy.
She's literally the best I've ever visited at any salon or haircut place.
I'm 52, I've had my hair cut many many times.
She's the first to ever really listen to what I want, explain my hair thickness, my color and how those relate to the cut I wanted (I had pictures of the cut I was looking for).
They weren't busy, she took her time and gave me the best haircut hands down.
And she's fun, funny, knowledgeable, smart and very pretty - and just a great fellow human to talk to as well. She kept it light, but informative.
Down to earth, loves what she does, and she has terrific hair as well (beautiful natural dark grey, light grey and silver).
She assured me she can trim my wife's hair the way my wife wants (just the broken ends and not 2"+ that most chop off when she asks for the broken ends to be trimmed), and I'm confident Amy can do it perfectly.
Thank you Amy!
I appreciate your talents, and I'll be back - and certain my wife will visit for her dead ends turn as well!

I got a shampoo and cut by Amy. She really knows how to work her way around my curls!
Stylist: Amy is fantastic! She is the only one that I have found recently that can cut my curly hair and make it look exactly how I envisioned. 10/10 will book again!

Losing my hair from chemo. Needed a trim before I have to get my head shaved and wear a wig. Lexi did a wonderful job.

Understand I got there 30 minutes before closing and the lady said they was booked up for the evening. But when I told her I was hot and just needed to cool off from it being hot for a few minutes she told me, "sorry, we have a policy against that." Told her I have a policy against rude people and left. Can guarantee I'll never be back to this location. Absolutely unbelievable.
