Excellent customer service! I have been trying to get my mini schnauzer Izzy a good cut and hadn't been happy with the groomer I had been using. I called on a Saturday and I think it was Tim who answered. He told me they were scheduling for May. I thought that would be the end of it and I'd have to wait or take her to my old groomer. He took the time to stop and ask what kind of dog she was and what I was looking for. He then took my info and told me if he had an opening. I got a call a few days later and they were able to get her in! Chris the groomer was awesome and really listened to what I wanted out of this visit and the long term goals for her. I really felt like they listened to me and set realistic expectations. And they were able to get me a scheduled out for several months. The price we also extremely reasonable. I could kick myself for taking almost a year and lots of money to finally get her to another groomer. Well done!

We love Strasse Dog. We have been going there for over a decade. This is not the closest dog groomer to my house anymore but I will always go there and support the amazing people that work there. They do great work and care for my pups like I do.

Strasse Dog is the absolute best!! Great team of caring people! Shirley, Jeff and Chris truly care about their furry and human customers. They go above and beyond to make sure they provide the best service!!!! It’s so hard for me to leave my fur baby with anyone, but I always know My pup is in good hands with them! Fitz always comes back happy, fluffy and well cared for. We get our special food here as well! I can’t say enough good things about Strasse Dog! Thank you so much for taking care of Fitzy!

Fantastic neighborhood pet, they always ask about our 'Kiddo' when we pick up his food and always help do a fantastic job grooming. Best de-shedding in the area. We love the raw food and kibble selection as they are both exclusively high quality.
