Went to pick up budget truck after having it reserved. The guy working was very rude and kinda a “smartass”. I understand it was 830 am- but honestly you don’t have to be rude. The doors were open and the truck was to be available at 8. The building smelt of “420”. Guessing I interrupted his smoke break. Would not recommend.

We used Steve to troubleshoot a suspected transmission issue in our aging Honda Accord. Due to their popularity it was almost a week before they had an opening. We dropped the car off on a Thursday and received a call from Steve himself on Friday. He was extremely kind and willing to talk to us about potential solutions and estimated costs. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed and Steve was very patient to answer all our questions and he even provided extra information to help us out. The gentleman at the front desk and Steve were both very kind and I plan to use them for future car issues. We paid $50 for them to troubleshoot our car which I felt was a very fair price. Highly recommend!

Always able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. Paul runs the office while the scheduler is unavailable. He is always friendly and courteous. Mechanics do a great job every time I need my car serviced. Fast. Honest. Professional. Friendly. That's what you'll get here.

Christmas day my 2008 Toyota Tundra with a lift kit and large tires. Had three of the five bolts on my passenger side front tire sheared off, I had to drive/limp my truck 2 miles to Steve’s Automotive Repair where we had a conversation and Steve was extremely upfront and honest with me and lived up to every expectation that he presented in the original conversation. I fully expected to pay $500+ so when the bill came to $167.98 I was floored. Amazing service, extremely honest,great job managing my expectations, and all for a very reasonable price.

Super satisfied with the service I received this week. I dropped my car off unexpectedly late Tuesday night. With Thanksgiving on Thursday I didn’t think they would get to it until next week. It’s the day after Thanksgiving and my car is all fixed up and at a very fair price! I am a new forever customer!

I wanted to try this business based on the reviews, but I couldn’t get anyone to call me back. Left a message the first time, no response, then called and spoke to a man who said he would have his scheduler call me. Never did hear back. So I went to another place that got me right in.

Steve’s Automotive repair did an excellent job on the timing belt replacement on my vehicle. In the past they’ve replaced my front cv axel. They are the best price around town with the best service.Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone.Don’t go to Elite Automotive or Davon Auto!

The worst experience of my life. Rented a budget rental truck 2 months in advance, showed up to get it and was told “it’s not here and it’s not my problem” the absolute worst customer service of my life. I will never use budget again, and I can understand it’s not this contracted Budget rental locations fault but the person at the front desk was one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever encountered in my entire life.
