All the staff were compassionate with family and myself. While making our plans for our mother. Micheal was transparent regarding options. I accidentally told family from out of town the wrong time to meet. And Micheal was able to pivot to ensure my siblings were able to say goodbye prior to the cremation. Thank you 🙏

We are so thankful for Serenity Funeral Home. Samuel was great in working with us for both my parents cremation. He went above & beyond. He was very welcoming as well as everyone there. Thanks for all your kindness during such a sad time for us. Definitely will be using Serenity again when needed in the future.
