“I shopped around and CubeSmart has the best prices, so I was shocked at how well the facility is run, and how professional and nice the staff is. Typically you wouldn’t expect the lowest priced facility to be so nice all the way around. The staff is super accommodating, always available, and HAPPY to address your needs. This should be the gold standard for all storage facilities and staff. They are very friendly and amazing to say the least. I’m a very happy customer!”

“In 2020, my daughter and son in law, my grandson's parents died. We had an unimaginable amount of "stuff" to deal with, as my grandson was moving in with me. Right around then, your facility in Newport, KY opened. We rented a small unit. We filled it with boxes memories, pics, etc. Well, out of sight, out of mind.My grandson and I made a concerted effort to clear the storage cube out. He is a full time college student, working 4 jobs, and I am 74 years old with poor mobility.Yesterday, 4-16 was the birthday of my daughter, and after clearing out, mopping and emptying the unit, I finally closed our account.I have not had any experience with storage units, but have heard stories of not being clean, bugs, and safety issues, etc. I found this one to always be very clean, no infestations, and well monitored. Always felt safe working in our unit.When I closed the Account Paul-MarKeith was one of the people I dealt with. He was very polite, co-operative and professional.I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, cleanplace to store your valuables. Five star plus!!!My only negative comment would be how much the cost of rental rose throughout the past 4 years, but you get what you pay for. Good job and thank you!!!!”

“When you find something that is great share so others can experience it as well. I found Bearcat storageand Im impressed!! I was able to go online find the storage and rent it online. The first month is free! Then Denise or Lois called to provide clear and concise instructions on how to use the entrance and exits codes. They have carts inside and safe places to store them after your use. They even provided a brand new lock and set of keys for you. The next step made them not only really good, but great! The lock provided was in heavy duty plastic case and they had already cut it open!!! How many of us think of bringing scissors for that purpose. “I was looking for a storage unit closer to my house and noticed this new facility from I-75 so I thought I would check the facility out. I was very impressed. I’ve been renting from Cincinnati Mini-Storage for about 3 years now (rented during pandemic) and by far this is the best storage unit I have ever used. Staff and ownership does a thorough walk through which seems to be every hour if not more. The facility is very clean and management is very responsive if you need anything. Melissa is great to work with. Highly suggest this facility for your storage needs.”
“This is my first time using a storage unit and I'm already loving it here. I'm clumsy and lost my lock inside my unit lol well Ruthie and her team noticed I was without a lock and was concerned for my safety so they put a red lock on it and called me right away. They said to come in office my next visit and they'll unlock it for me.
Well I did that and tried to look for my lock inside and couldn't! I completely forgot to tell them and it was after hours... a few days later they called me and said they placed a lock there and sent me a combination for it. I'm so grateful because as a mom of 5 I couldn't really afford another lock for another week or so . So I'm so appreciative of their professionalism and most of all CARE. Thank you again miss Ruthie !!”
“I liked the free truck rental when I moved my stuff in. That helped tremendously! And on very short notice.? My favorite is the 24 hour access . The place is clean and very nice and a great price. “Have used this location twice to store my travel trailer. Decent prices and easily accessible. The manager is great at following up and checking if things are all working out well and answering any questions. The app is easy to use and there are other ways to get in the gate of the app isn’t working which was helpful in our case.”

“We have been very happy with our experience at Key Storage. We have a 35-foot fifth wheel and Callie was very helpful in finding us a good spot for us to park it. They have contacted us several times to let us know that different sites are available if we were interested in moving. Customer service is excellent here, and the staff makes a point to get to know people. We previously stored our RV at a different storage facility in NKY but are much happier with the staff and experience at Key Storage.”
“I just recently came to Glenway storage because I had a very bad experience with public storage. First this place is extremely clean. I wasn’t expecting that.. I got two storage units. Luckily they were side-by-side. It’s like my things are in a hotel.. The pricing is great. It is definitely like night and day from public storage, which was awful and I still had time to get my stuff from there, but came back two hours later to get it & Public Storage threw everything in the garbage. Just walking in this place, you know it’s a great facility to keep your things. It’s a hotel for your things. I highly recommend Glenway Storage”
