“I really like the idea of having a storage unit it's not far from home, and my things are safe and dry on the inside. The facility is always nice and clean when I go there. I really appreciate the associate, Mr Robert he was very kind and personable and patient with me answered all of my questions.And concerns he showed me around so that I would have a visual of the units that I was selecting very professional.
I will definitely recommend friends and family.”
“I spoke with Mark on the day i moved in. He was awaiting my arrival and went over everything. I had no questions only because he had answered them all. I have been through so many storage units and have moved from them all because of the high rates they add on every few months. I do understand about inflation so I will just have to stick with one and I think things will work out with this Compass. Thanks again Mark for the courtesy and welcoming you had giving me. The unit is great. More than enough room for my tools and work materials.

The price was affordable and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. In particular, Rob seemed to not only be knowledgeable and pleasant but also concerned about the storage space that we chose being the best choice to fit our needs and our pockets. The only reason I gave it. 4 out of 5 stars is because the dust from the concrete floor can sometimes become airborne with all the sliding of your items and bins. Other than that 4.5 out of 5”

“Rented a second unit in Newport KY in a rush and the service was amazing. Had to stop in because I couldn’t complete my rental on my phone ATM and the employee who called me, Bri, was right there to log me in and show me around. Paul was also super helpful and was there to assist while training Bri.
The next day with my movers, I got turned around finding my new unit in the complex and ran into Bri again. Without hesitation she stopped to help and walk us exactly where we needed to be.

They were professional, efficient, and careful moving from a 2-bedroom house to a 4-bedroom house. All items arrived without breakage / blemish and they even disassembled and re-assembled our bed. “When you find something that is great share so others can experience it as well. I found Bearcat storageand Im impressed!! I was able to go online find the storage and rent it online. The first month is free! Then Denise or Lois called to provide clear and concise instructions on how to use the entrance and exits codes. They have carts inside and safe places to store them after your use. They even provided a brand new lock and set of keys for you. The next step made them not only really good, but great! The lock provided was in heavy duty plastic case and they had already cut it open!!! How many of us think of bringing scissors for that purpose. This place is well thought out and well run … share this with everyone you know because this is a rare gem in todays world. August 13,2024 Dorothy Blackburn. “This is my first time using a storage unit and I'm already loving it here. I'm clumsy and lost my lock inside my unit lol well Ruthie and her team noticed I was without a lock and was concerned for my safety so they put a red lock on it and called me right away. They said to come in office my next visit and they'll unlock it for me.
Well I did that and tried to look for my lock inside and couldn't! I completely forgot to tell them and it was after hours... a few days later they called me and said they placed a lock there and sent me a combination for it. I'm so grateful because as a mom of 5 I couldn't really afford another lock for another week or so . So I'm so appreciative of their professionalism and most of all CARE. Thank you again miss Ruthie !!”

The manager is great at following up and checking if things are all working out well and answering any questions. The app is easy to use and there are other ways to get in the gate of the app isn’t working which was helpful in our case.”

“We have been very happy with our experience at Key Storage. We have a 35-foot fifth wheel and Callie was very helpful in finding us a good spot for us to park it. They have contacted us several times to let us know that different sites are available if we were interested in moving. Customer service is excellent here, and the staff makes a point to get to know people. We previously stored our RV at a different storage facility in NKY but are much happier with the staff and experience at Key Storage.”
