Was told my wedding reset would take 3 weeks. Turned out it was 6+ weeks..no communication ,,when I would call ,I had to start the story all over and was told "it will be here on Friday". It will be here on Friday ....finally got it. Very disappointed in Matt's customer service. Megan who deals with repairs is AMAZING. She was wonderful to deal with..
