My car drove very quietly and now I'm hearing sounds I have never heard before. I brought my car here in April for them to fix my back bumper after it was it in December. They did a good job on the bumper but now im hearing noises coming from the right back rear of the car. Even after my car was hit with a few dents in the bumper, it still drove very well. I'm sorry I brought my car here.

Took my Ford F-150 here after the rear end was damaged. Josh gave me an estimate for the work and we talked about when would be best for me to drop it off. Not only did they stick to the discussed timeframe, they kept me in the loop throughout and their estimate matched the invoice. Also had a pleasant surprise and found the truck detailed upon pickup. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend RiverCenter Collision! ?? They are hands down one of the best places I have ever used! The front end of my Lexus was totaled. Though it took an extended period of time to get in (worth the wait!) and get the repairs finished, they went over and beyond taking care of me. It was fixed beautifully, they handled the car rental for me and dealt with the insurance company to make it easier. Sydney and Tim treated me like a total VIP customer! Great experience overall. Kind, friendly staff. Quick to get in and quick turnaround. Response on progress on repairs was quick. Heard back from the shop with any answers to questions I heard. We had to have our vehicle repaired after being in an accident that wasn't our fault. This was the first time either me or my boyfriend had any type of insurance claim, auto or otherwise. The contact ladies, Gabby and Sidney, were AMAZING! They were supremely knowledgeable and helpful and took so much of the stress and anxiety out of the situation. They even had answers to replacement rental questions despite this being provided by an entirely different business. I absolutely recommend River Center Collision for anybody needing repairs involving insurance, ESPECIALLY first timers.
*One small issue I feel compelled to note although not deduct from my 5 star rating...
Although it is most likely an issue with the suppliers and supplies, the job is technically not completed and the right part(s) are unavailable so there has been a significant delay and even some miscommunication, misunderstanding, and inconvenience as we await the final completion of the work needed on our car

My new Lexus was scratched when i parked the car into garage, so checked with Lexus, this is the Bodyshop they use. I called, made appointment for estimate, came and it was done quickly, and I receive the estimate few hourly later. After contact the insurance, insurance revised their estimate a bit. Made another appointment with the Bodyshop to send my car in for repair, the waiting period is almost 3 weeks. I send in on a Londay morning, and was able to get it back on Thursday afternoon, which is pretty good. The only thing i found interesting is i found from my Lexus app that the bodyshop drove my car for 1 mile but it took them 44 minutes to finished this one mile. I don't know what they are doing. That's something interesting. Everything else works well.

Everyone here was a pleasure to work with, especially Gabby. I was in a minor fender bender and she made the entire process so easy for us! Great explanations, advice and communication. I hope I never need to visit a body shop again but if I do this is my place!

We had our Lexus RX 350 here for some minor body work. We had to take it back because they had originally told us the work was complete (bumper clip replacement) and only later did I realize they hadn't even done the work. We took it back and they called us saying it was ready. It was not. They had to go back a third time to do the repair. We did receive a full refund for the work because of the inconvenience and terrible experience. We won't be returning here for any body work needed in the future. I'd rather go out of the way than have to deal with this place again.Another suggestion, have some landscaping done, the place is overgrown with weeds! How you maintain the property is a direct representation of the business.

Love this place, sure..it is a bit pricey THAT said, if the phrase you get what you pay for, Lexus meets every expectation regarding that saying. I don't think I'll ever deviate from them.
