As a former employee and still a current costumer, I can not speak highly enough about this Bank. I was such a healthy environment to work in and they have always taken good care of my family with all our banking needs! Their mobile options are wonderful but I love going into the branch when I can for the wonderful customer service I am always greeted with!

I would recommend Republic Bank to anyone in need of a great easy going Bank. They were very helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and I left the bank knowing I was in good hands and that I had made the right choice for my banking needs. A young man by the name of Ryan helped me with setting up a checking account and he was absolutely very helpful and friendly he took the time to answer all my questions and provided me with lots of information and I greatly appreciate all that he did and the time he spent making sure I had everything I needed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate the experience I had and it made my day a lot easier. Thank you so much.

I don't know if it's Republic Bank as a whole or just this branch, but over and over again I find their service disappointing. I'll call and be told one thing by an associate, only to call back a few hours later and be given conflicting information. Plus, the vast majority of people I talk to couldn't make it clearer that they do not care about you and they'd rather be doing anything else.

I went in to ask some questions about a promo for opening a checking account with direct deposit and the teller wasn't helpful. They were actually condescending. I guess they prefer a certain type of person to bank there and I didn't fit the bill

One of the best banking experiences out there. Very friendly well trained staff who follows up and follows through. Ahead of its time with superior tech, Mobile app is very easy to use with Zelle, Mobile deposit, to name a few. Very competitive mortgage and equity line rates with local decisions. Very convenient locations with new ITM technology for a Skype like experience and expanded hours.

Don't bother banking here. The ATM never works with the cheap child like debit cards issued. So, don't count on getting any cash without going in during banking hours. The online site is also pitifully old and unresponsive. Issues encountered with the 1990's style online banking site are handled through Republic's corporate call center. This would be fine if the call center could actually fix issues, however in my experience these CSR's will promise you the world just to get you off the line and you'll never receive the promised follow up calls or emails to get any issue actually fixed. This is also my experience with the branches management, don't expect to hear back from them unless you (the customer) takes on the initiative. At this point it should come as no surprise that the mobile app is also a joke with very limited abilities when it does work. In short save yourself the time it will take in a few years to transfer all of your assets to a real bank after this place goes out of business.

The Drive through ATM did not distribute my money!! $200 gone. The bank was wildly unhelpful and did not want to even check out the ATM. They would not even open a case with me. I had to open a dispute process with my bank. I am absolutely fuming; I've never had this happen before.
