“I am an author and my publisher sent me a dozen advance copies of my latest novel, which I wanted to hand out for Christmas the following week. Unfortunately, the book-jackets were not ready yet. So I took a jpeg of the jacket to the pros at Phipps. The unusual dimensions of the jacket were an issue, and forced their production specialist to try several different solutions. But even though this was a very small order (it only cost $9), they took the time and trouble to get it right. “This is my go-to UPS store. The staff are typically quick, helpful and friendly. They recently added a self-service kiosks for drop-offs and returns. I had two Amazon items to return, in two separate return orders. I spotted the self-service kiosk, scanned, bagged and labeled both returns for free before either associate was done with the people they were helping. It was a breeze and I was able to get a receipt to my email. While it probably is faster for an associate to take the return and scan your QR code, this kiosk is a lifesaver when they are busy. Highly recommend.”
