Terrible process to buy a ticket. Wrong box office info on website. Sends you to Heritage Bank Arena which is wrong. Nobody answers the phone at The Madison and doors always locked.

WARNING!!! Bartender is "nice" until you cash out. For me it was like that anyway. Mind you this is one of the owners of the establishment. I do apologize for my negative review, but i know i was overcharged when I cashed out. You weren't having it so I hope you don't lose any amount of sleep whatsoever. Believe me I'm not a fan on giving negative reviews but If I know something didn't add up on my end. Well.... I wouldn't be giving a negative review. This is only my 2nd negative review so let's see if this response is more professional than the 1st?

I'm giving 5 stars for the shows they bring in. SRO shows can be crowded and hard to see the band. Get there early !

Staff nice and I had a good time at the show. Drinks are over priced. Why is a white claw $2 and some change at the store but you all charge $11 that's terrible. Other than that had a good time just drink before you go.

Took my daughter to see They Might Be Giants. The venue staff were all very nice and helpful and I really liked the whole vibe of the place, but Sweet Jeebus, I thought I was going to melt. I expect it to be warm in a crowd but I was literally dripping (and I wasn't doing anything to get hot--just standing). The band made a remark about how hot they were as well. Not sure if this is the norm or there were issues with air, but it was so uncomfortable.

We came just before the show so we're stuck pretty far in the back by the bar. It's a great venue. Wonderful concert. Really nice staff. I would suggest coming early if you are Tier II. Especially so if anyone in your group is a shorty like my spouse.

Very nice venue! Spacious and 2 bars and bathrooms!! Very clean and staff is pretty nice. Parking around the venue is pretty close and cheap
