Tim Tucker is not to be trusted!!!! Sold me a 2016 jeep patriot. Told me everything was fine. The next day I found out I needed new tires and breaks. Wanted to send me to a used tire place on a bad side of town. Could have killed my mom and myself.

I normally have had decent service with this location. Nothing above and beyond like the service I use to get in Cleveland, OH. However, I scheduled an appointment to have a dent repair done and when I called to see if they could repair it they assured me over the phone they would be able to and scheduled a loaner vehicle so I would be able to get to work. After waiting for 15 min before I was helped I was told I would have to go around the corner to a different location not associated with Lexus for they take walk-ins. Meaning I would not be getting a loaner vehicle which makes it a tad difficult to get to work. Had I known they would NOT be able to help me with anything I would've looked somewhere else and made arrangements to get to work. Would have been nice to have this clear communication.

have had non stop issues ever since purchasing a car from Lexus river center. where do I start? purchased a vehicle that was not even detailed, trash from previous owners or whoever. would not recommend this place at all

Recently stopped in to get some answers about a few small issues my car was having. When I walked in, there was only one female employee there who was on her phone. No big deal because there were no other customers. I went up to her and said hi and that's when I saw her name was Kelly B on her name tag. After I said hi, Kelly looked me up and down and rolled her eyes before sighing and saying "What ?" very rudely. Taken aback, I asked if she could help answer a few questions I had. She spat back with, "Don't you have google you can ask questions to ?" before returning to her phone. At this point I wasn't sure what to do so I asked if there was someone else I could speak to. Kelly didn't even bother to respond and instead continued doing whatever on her phone. Since I saw that this interact wasn't going anywhere and that Kelly wouldn't make the time of day, I decided to leave. If I was able to give 0 stars, I would. Kelly B is clearly not interested in helping customers. Thanks for nothing, maybe she'll take the time to read this since she has time to be on her phone.

Pete Ianni is the most arrogant jerk to deal with. His lack of professionalism, and haughty demeanor make me never want to do business with any Performance Auto group again. Don't waste your money, he is terrible.

Visited the dealership at noon on a Sunday. They were scheduled to open at 12:00 but the parking lot was blocked off. We saw an employee who advised that we could park on the service side and they'd be open in five or six minutes. We parked and walked over. We were looking for a specific vehicle we saw online. Disclaimer: it's challenging to look for a used car in this competitive market. The practice of listing a car on their website with a note to call for pricing adds to the complexity. The building was not open - 12:10 at this point but we lucked upon a salesman named Chris. He had a snarky attitude from the beginning, an odd characteristic for someone ill-prepared with no keys, and no pricing. He also advised that the pricing for the vehicle we'd inquired about would not be available for a week to a week and a half. He suggested that we leave our names and phone number and someone would call us when the car was available to test drive. No thanks!! The used car market is rough. Thanks Performance Lexus for making the process even harder. Don't put the cars on your site until you're prepared to receive inquiries about them.

I am writing this review based off management alone, as I believe they deserve every bit of recognition. Our family has been in the market for two new cars. We reached out multiple Lexus locations in the area, to ensure that we made the right decision. When we decided to pull the trigger on the first vehicle (2021 RX 450h), we gave this location an opportunity to win our business. We worked directly with Brent Smart and Kelly Bruner. They are the current managers, and ensured our experience was above par from the moment they met us. They took the time to ensure they knew our needs, and helped every step of the way. I'd revisit them over and over again, if I was in the market! Way to go, Brent and Kelly!The other call out was with Kevin Hitchcock, the Finance Manager. He was very personable, helpful, and efficient. He made sure to get us the best rates, best warranties, and took care of all our needs. Happy to advocate for this location, as it was a great experience!
