While I think their digital coupon program is complex and not at all user friendly, I appreciate Bessie helping me to figure some of it out. Frankly I got overwhelmed because a line was starting to form behind me. But I checked my receipt and did see some E coupons were applied.
Others were not, because they can take time to come into effect, and I “clipped” them very shortly before coming in. I’d give less stars because that’s ridiculous, and arguably bait and switch. But Bessie herself was great in helping me.

I usually love this kroger for the deals and the staff is usually great. Today was at least the second time there's been issues within the last few weeks all because of the same employee. People are being ignored or treated as thieves.

When did it become an issue grabbing formula for your children? Like I had a lady at the register, she was rude and got upset when I used a wic card to by my not one but two kids their formula.

I love Kroger because Kroger has wide selection of foods for every culture, want and craving. Very friendly and helpful staff that keep working hard to take good care of me when I shop for my grocery needs. Not just my experience with Kroger , I am positive that the Kroger staff treat everybody the same way, helpful,courteous, and knowlegable.i only shop Kroger no matter where I am

None of the veggies, fruits and eggs are on WIC! I go to this kroger since it's closer and I'm 36 weeks pregnant. I wish yall would scan it in second time yall haven't scanned any veggie or fruit in for WIC families. Please fix it and scan yalls cherries and bananas in too please

If it says the store closes at 11 if I get there at 10:30 the store should still be open and it was not ! That’s a whole 30 minute difference.

Today whoever fries the 8pc chicken really knows how to do so was so juicy and not greasy at all. So please find out who cooked it today's date and praise them for it and never let them go. And also please open the store on time every morning its 5 to 10 minutes of waiting and there's a crowd outside needing to buy stuff before work. Late coming in or last min make them come 15 mins early have it ready its every morning

I've been shopping here for 17 years and I went there today and the only checkout service available was self checkout. I don't understand why a store with this type of volume would make it so hard to buy the products. Very disrespectful.
