The lady at the counter is SO nice and patient!!! I see her every time I head up there and she’s always smiling, always has a positive tone in her voice!! Her presence is WARM!!! I get nervous asking for prescriptions and she eases the anxiety! It’s like I’m talking to a friend!

Did delivery from here to a hotel, and it was effortless! Delivery was cheap. Order was exactly right, and what I ordered worked out beautifully. Will order delivery again.

can you do zero stars? store is disgusting at this point. the smell of old food, dirty mop water, and whatever people who should be removed. I've lived here and shopped here all my life... today? hearing three young people, while I'm at the cash register, being scanned, brag about how much weed they smoke and how long it last them. atleast wait until I walk away. I leave and it sounded like a gun shot in parking lot , while I'm walking to my car . I've bought buns eaten by mice (dropping still inside the bag) and or expired here also . Why I typically go to walmart in ft wright now . I've gone to this store for probably 43 years. Surprised by how bad it has become. But the store, remodel, and pay your employees to care more.

Easily one of the most frustrating pharmacies in the area. They put up a "cattle gate" to make it awkward to get out of line once you have your meds, and staff randomly takes lunch breaks and closes instead of having alternating staff cover like a normal business would be expected to. Overall, a complete waste and any convenience you might expect from getting your prescriptions at the grocery store is wiped out by poor customer service

Kroger in Covington Ky. Don't shop at there deli, they say because they just cleaned there slicing machines they don't have to cut meat, you take what they have sliced already or you don't get anything, so guess what I didn't get anything.

The Kroger pharmacy in Covington seems to be on the worst ones I dealt with. I literally let the phone ring for 35 minutes called back and did it for another 25 minute and it wasn’t on the break time. So if I would die because I couldn’t get my medicine I would have it go against them. I called the Latonia one and the answered right away. So much better.

Our favorite pharmacist left. The new lady we are not a fan of. The techs are amazing... they remember us and treat us well. However this particular store ( Madison Ave Kroger Pharmacy) at this point in time are so understaffed that they rarely answer the phone. If I want to check on something or have a question I can either forget about it or just go up there.

I'm extremely disappointed with the conditions at my local Kroger. I typically bypass this location in favor of a further Kroger (or Aldi), but my small trips to this store made out of convenience have been traumatic... no exaggeration. I visited in May of 2020 and witnessed a mouse run into plain sight. I called and spoke to store management because we were in the height of COVID and I didn't want to discuss face to face. I was advised that the store was working closely with corporate to manage the problem and it was a high priority. On the small trips I made after that I observed frequent puddles of water in the produce and dairy sections. Makeshift doors in the freezer section, and completely filthy floors and trash throughout the store. Yesterday I saw a dead mouse in a trap. I know the goal is to catch the mice but if I can see it, someone else can too who has the power to dispose of it. I'm also disappointed that Kroger has digital coupon prices prominently displayed, but no way for people without digital devices to upload the coupons. Kroger could spring for a kiosk or something to create equity in working class neighborhoods. I also think the buy 5 save $5 sales are discriminatory. One can't take advantage of sale prices if they don't have the money to buy multiple items. I emailed Kroger to express these concerns and my request appeared to fall on deaf ears because I received a generic email response. Kroger has some amazing stores, and some - like this one - that they clearly have given up on. The people of Covington deserve better!!
