I have had multiple car loans and a mortgage through Huntington and both have gone well. After finalizing the mortgage, they offered me a home equity line of credit which sounded great until consumer loan consultant Ryan Haney changed the terms of my loan without notifying me, before I signed the paperwork. Good thing I pay attention, and did not sign. Needless to say I did not get the line of credit. I've never had anything as shady as this through Huntington and hope to never again.

Have had zero issues at my local branch, but somehow got connected to a mortgage loan officer 3 hours away from where I live (at this location) and it has been the biggest headache. You would think someone with 10+ years experience as a loan officer would know how to do their job.

Living in a new area, and realized I lost my debit card. Actually...I threw it away with trash after watching a baby goose get run over. Sigh. Plug in Huntington and head here. My credit union can supply you with a debit card on spot. But not a large bank like Huntington. They did give me a temporary card to be used at Huntington only. That's some help, but still not ideal. My own d@mn fault. And they were so pleasant and helpful. I paid extra so I don't have to wait 10 days and had it expedited. We'll see is that makes it come faster. I sure hope so. And now I know where my "local" Huntington Bank is. One city over.

The clerks are very pleasant and competent. The Bankers either don't care or don't know what they are doing when setting up accounts. It will undoubtedly take a month to set things up because they fail to think through what it takes to accomplish the goals stated at the beginning.
Very nice, but not very good at their jobs.

Huntington Bank employee keeps setting up our accounts the way he wants to set them up! So Huntington Bank can make MONEY off our accounts each month as the account reach below a certain amount! Between $10 or more a month $250 or more a year! I tried to set up a new checking account but now it's my ID that's the issue now it wasn't a issue when taking our money EACH MONTH! My ID didn't have a updated ADDRESS! This is how BANKS operate especially towards African-American customers take OUR MONEY by changing the account or CHANGING some other agreements! PNC & US BANK has done this kind of tactics to our accounts by PENNY PINCHING from our bank accounts!
