I would half to say this store is very clean and organized ? one of the best iv been in for awhile. First time iv been here was alittle sticker shocked on a few items. But could be because I'm Comparing them to a few other places I go to that's the same.Was still able to leave with some items for my daughter's and Easter ? they have many items men's lady's kids teens shoes household..toys are alittle pricey for used. They do have new and used items.The lady who checked me out was very helpful and sweet.

Visited the new store for the first today and was so delighted! Store is clean and well organized, small but had a lot to choose from (I shopped mostly housewares) and prices are great compared to other stores. Cashiers were very friendly and helpful and even wrapped my stuff in bubble wrap for me. Will be back and highly recommend!

I would give this a big fat goose egg if it was an option..prices are very high for clothes that are stained, there’s an older lady around the age of 35-50-ish..she is very rude and disrespectful to paying customers, we came in there for first time about a month ago and she had a nasty attitude but I figured maybe she’s having a bad day so went back with my 89 y/o mother in law who has dementia really bad and asked if she had a bathroom she could use and she told her no that she had to go to big lots then we came back was looking at dolls that had the boxes taped on them and she came over to us telling us we’re not allowed to open them, they were supposed to open them..no sign no where saying “do not open”..I know we will never shop there again and I will never recommend this place to nobody maybe the BBB but nobody else

CALL AHEAD. They are very seldom open during the posted hours. Today what's the first time I've actually seen them open according to in about a month. Then they discouraged me me from coming in. And I am NOT referring to them being closed for Christmas or New Years.

I appreciate the ministry of Fairhaven and this seems like a clean and well-organized thrift store. However, my teens, who were very excited about a new thrift store opening so close to their place of work, were rudely informed today that they were not welcome due to the “no children without adults” policy. I understand requiring parents to supervise their young children, but these are not children who were turned away at the door. They are teens of driving age with jobs and money of their own who will not be spending it at this store. Please consider refining your policy to clearly define what is meant by “children” and training your staff/volunteers to be friendly and inviting to all customers.

How are you going to accept FREE clothes to "help" people and then have a thrift store like this?? Over priced clothes and not all ages welcome? Ridiculous

I came in on a Saturday afternoon and wondered why they weren't busy and then I looked at the prices and understood why,The place is fairly large and they had some nice things but everything was priced almost twice what Goodwill charges and three times what the salvation army charges,I asked if they were going to have tag sales since there were different colors and they said no, I can't imagine I'll be going back there, there's Too many other thrift shops with reasonable prices I can go to.

my family and i stopped by this thrift shop today and we’re blown away!! they had the best selection i’ve seen from a thrift store in a while. i got lots of fall tops for myself and my boyfriend. their knick knacks section is great as well. i recommend!!

They have a pretty good selection between clothes, decor, baby items, furniture etc. but some of the clothing prices seem really high for a thrift store. Most of the items that were priced high did still have tags on them but still a little high for me to see in a thrift store.

Way too expensive charging 9.99 for a toddler sweater with stains on it and 10.99 for a boys hoody with fuzz balls is ridiculous. I know the proceeds go to a good cause but everything they get is donated. Might as well go to good will it's cheaper and quality of clothes is better.

This place is ridiculously overpriced. I believe they will go out of business if they don't take a hard look at this. I expect Goodwill to rob people blind, but I expect these small places to keep reasonable prices for items they get FREE.
