The pharmacy is a joke. Never have enough staff. Send you messages your prescription is ready you get there and it's not ready or they don't have it on stock. Got to order it. They just need to close it down

Giving a star because giving zero starts is not an option. Switching pharmacies today. Beyond fed up with the drive NEVER open. Always short staffed. Medicine never ready on time. The line inside the store is ALWAYS long. With having small children, waiting in line for 30+ minutes is not an option. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE PHARMACY. I'm sure this store is going under too, just like all the other CVS. Horrible.

Only reason I deal with cvs is Scott. He goes above and beyond and makes customers feel comfortable with a smile on his face. As far as the remaining place just throw it all away. They never have medicine ready and make you feel like a dope fiend when trying to refill your prescriptions early because when you do the "day of" they're completely out and you have to wait for medication you've been on since 2016. So now you have to wait days for treatment!!! Please just give us Scott and throw the rest away.....

In late February or early March, the pharmacist actually laughed at me on the phone. If you get any narcotics from here, count them before you leave. They run the medication through and if Ins. does not pay, they just charge you. Oh, they Federally do have to take a lunch break...but do the really have to go to lunch at the same exact time and close the pharmacy???

Called them from a provider’s office to simply call in a prescription for a patient on 5/9/23 around 1 pm. Two separate people answered the phone, when I told them I was trying to call in a prescription they had me on hold for over 40 minutes. No one offered to forward me to a voicemail to just leave it or anything like that.After over 40 minutes on hold, the phone hung up. When I tried calling back, it said they were on lunch. So basically they left me on hold for almost the full duration of their lunch break instead of just letting me call in the prescription. Not cool to deal with this.

I went to CVS Pharmacy this morning to refill a prescription. Five employees were working in the pharmacy area and no one was in line to pick up a prescription. Five minutes went by. Then six... Then seven...Then eight.That is when I yelled that I would take my business elsewhere. I was livid!The employees kept expecting one of the other employees to wait on me.For some reason the CVS Pharmacy that was in Covington was permanently closed and they sent records to the CVS in Latonia. They got rid of the best pharmacy. They were organized, polite, and efficient. I have had other problems with this pharmacy, but not to this extent. I can see why they only got three stars out of five. The employees need to take a course in customer service, and they need to be reprimanded for such rude behavior. This pharmacy will continue to get worse if no one puts pressure on them to improve. Thanks Yelp for helping me to feel better after I have had my say!

I went into this pharmacy on 3/17/2023 to pick up my prescriptions. One of them is a life saving blood thinner for which there is no generic. My health insurance doesn't cover much of its cost so my co-pay for a 30 day supply was $575.00. I've been trying to work with my doctor to get on something cheaper but the only viable alternative had a co-pay that was DOUBLE that! Seeing my frustration, the young pharmacy tech named Jonathan asked if I had my phone on me. I did, and he helpfully took it. Within minutes he had me enrolled to a discount program from the drug's manufacturer. With that applied, my copay was only $10.00. He also informed me that this discount would apply for a year. I couldn't believe it! While I didn't show it in the store, I nearly cried when I got out to my car. I know this young man thought he was simply doing his job but little did he know that his kind gesture meant the absolute world to me and I am forever grateful!! I would like to recognize Jonathan's outstanding customer service and for his compassion in going out of his way to help a customer in need. Thank you!

I have gotten my scripts here for about a year. Today I was asked by the gentleman at the drive thru window for my FULL social security number. This has NEVER happened before and I'm seriously uncomfortable with it. Why all of a sudden???

The pharmacy gets 4 stars but the racial profiliing that is immediately spotted when you a person of color enters the store is very noticeable. Stop it everyone is not a stealing if the store needs security then it should utilized for all customers.

Sat in the parking lot for an house hour waiting for my prescription. All kids have 103 fevers as well as me with the flu and pneumonia. I don’t even usually take any medication or avoid it. Long story short. My phone died and I told the lady I lived an hour away. She said I’ll have it hopefully in 30 min. Well I dozed off because how sick I am and seen the window closed and walked inside to see if they were closed. I stood in line behind A lady talking to the main pharmacist. Then a young lady looked at me and and said can I help you. I walked over said I been sitting there for an hour and she shut the door and said well we’re going to lunch and I said can you please look and she said no when we are back from lunch at 2. Her attitude and demeanor was awful and I’m sure that’s not the first time she’s had an attitude towards people!

The prices at CVS are a freaking joke. Literally 3.3 oz of toothpaste here was 4.25 after tax. The kroger RIGHT NEXT DOOR has 4.8 OZ, SAME TOOTHPASTE for THE SAME PRICE. Nothing like price gouging customers, that is a blatant rip off. Will never shop at CVS ever again.

I Love this pharmacy. I Was previously at Kroger and they suck. Love the discounts here. Staff is very helpful and kind. Why didn't I switch sooner??

Employees are helpful but the pharmacy is slow as it gets. In the drive thru each car takes like 15 minutes!! That is unacceptable! I'm not kidding either, 15 minutes
